For work, you will need brown or black plasticine, as well as small pieces of red, yellow and green. Additionally, you need to prepare a thin stick, a rod from a handle, as well as a lid from any plastic bottle will do.

Next, the red paper is cut into thin strips no more than 4-5 mm wide and screwed onto a pencil, fixing the edges with glue - you get volumetric circles, they are alternately glued to the traffic light body. Repeat the same steps with yellow and green paper.

If you wish, you can resort to the facing technique. In this case, a piece of paper is fixed to the blunt side of a pencil or pen, and then it is fixed to the base with the resulting end.
