The most popular are acidic shades, for example, fuchsia, pink or bright green, bright yellow. And also there are options with an ornament: stripes, polka dots, with various patterns and geometric shapes.The choice of material for this parameter depends solely on individual preferences.

There is a division into categories according to other parameters:

  • density - there are thin and denser sheets;
  • silk or rough;

  • implementation method - in plates or in rolls;

Use for crafts

Most often, tissue paper is used to create all kinds of crafts. You can make from paper:

  • flowers or some other decoration;
  • Christmas garlands for the tree and room decoration;
  • balls.

More specifically, the most common option is to create pompom flowers. For manufacturing, a minimum of materials and devices will be required: silence, scissors, a skein of thread or ribbons for tying.

The creation process is simple. It consists of several successive stages.

  • Five identical sheets of paper must be folded on top of each other. If you want to get rainbow flowers, then you should choose paper of different shades from each other. Typically four leaves are used to create the petals and one to decorate the core. However, more sheets can be used. The more there are, the more magnificent the product will be.
  • The sheets should be folded into ordinary accordions, wrapped up to the end by about 3 cm. As a result of this work, a fan should be obtained.
  • The fan folds in half. Having retreated from the place of the fold a few centimeters, at this point the workpiece should be tied with a tape.
  • Use scissors to shape the edges of the fan into an oval shape. This is necessary to create the petals.
  • Now the accordions need to be straightened as carefully as possible.

Application in confectionery

Tish paper is actively used in the confectionery industry. There are several use cases here.

  • As a wrapping paper for confectionery. Initially, they are placed in some kind of container, for example, in plastic boxes or cardboard boxes, and then additionally wrapped with this paper.
  • The paper is used as packaging for muffins, pancakes and other similar confectionery products.
  • Tissue stripes are often used as a decorative decoration when various types of cakes are wrapped in gift boxes.

There are many other areas in which tissue paper is also used. So, in the manufacture of shoes, it is often used as a padding or cushioning material. If you open boxes of new shoes, you will find thin wrapping paper inside. As a rule, in this case we are talking directly about the branded version. That is, the brand of the shoe manufacturer is printed directly on paper.

As a material for filling free space, this paper is used for the sale and transportation of fragile items, for example, dishes, household appliances, electronics, and some types of souvenirs.

Since this paper is thin and light, it is very often used for decoupage. In this case, certain figures are cut out of the material, which are then glued to the surface of the object to be treated and additionally fixed with a selected substance, for example, varnish. As an illustrative example, consider the decoupage of an ordinary plate. If you understand the decoration technique, then the process can be repeated with your own hands.

Here's what it takes.

  • Plate or any other solid colored dishes. Beginners should choose mostly white things, since they are much easier to work with.
  • Tissue paper.The color is selected depending on the conceived pattern or ornament.
  • Glue.
  • Fixing varnish.

The plate must be washed under running water and dried well with a paper towel. Next, you need to cut out the details of the future drawing from the silence. The simplest option is flowers. They must be glued to the surface of the plate. Here it is important to spread the decor as evenly as possible so that bubbles and creases do not form. Then fix the drawing with varnish. With the help of silence, you can arrange a paper show. At the same time, it is permissible to use the material for decorating a room, creating tinsel and serpentine, as well as various figures.

  • Density. This criterion must be determined on an individual basis. For packaging material, it is better to choose high-density tissue. If it is used for decoupage and creating airy compositions, then thin paper is more suitable here.
  • Price. In online stores, you can often find inexpensive tissue paper. Its feature is inadequate quality. It will be extremely inconvenient to work with such material. Therefore, it is better to buy paper in trusted stores for needlework and creativity.
  • And also you should pay attention to the uniformity of color. Inhomogeneity of color may well negatively affect the appearance of the future composition.

During use, the paper should never be exposed to moisture, since in this case its original properties will be lost.
