Chakras are a kind of energy channels of the human body that serve as conductors of cosmic energy. They are involved in energy exchange and are designed to fill the body with energy from the environment. Since the development of energy depends on the chakras, every woman needs to open them and activate them. This can be done in several ways. The correct work of the chakras contributes to luck, well-being and an easy solution to any life issues.

Difference from male chakras

Female chakras differ significantly from male chakras in their action. Initially, a man was created by nature as a hunter, a breadwinner. The main purpose of a woman is to take care of her husband and children, she is the keeper of the hearth. The essence of the existence of the two sexes in this case is different.

In men, the lower chakra is considered especially active. Moreover, among female representatives, she is considered the weakest. For a man and a woman to be comfortable with each other, their chakras must not only work correctly, but also interact harmoniously with each other.

Varieties of chakras and their meaning for women

Every woman has several chakras. Each of them is responsible for its own sphere and is activated in different ways. In addition, each of them has its own unique name. Some of them are quite difficult to pronounce. But, despite this, 7 names are not as difficult to remember as it seems at first glance.

Muladhara

The first chakra is considered the root chakra and is responsible for a woman's ability to survive in the world around her. It is red in color, located in the lower body, in the ovarian region. Refers to the element of the earth.In its central part, the so-called animal instincts are located. She possesses a set of primitive instincts:

She not only endows a woman with attractiveness and beauty, but also gives strength and is responsible for decisiveness. For this chakra to work correctly, a woman needs to learn to express her feelings, since any unexpressed pain disrupts energy exchange.

The peculiarities of the correct work of this chakra consist in the correct attitude not only to oneself, but also to the world around us. If the chakra is working correctly, its owner becomes feminine and physically active.

Manipura

The third, yellow, chakra is subject to the fire element and is located in the solar plexus area. Bioenergetics are convinced that it is in this place that the female ego is also located. Chakra is responsible for cash flow, social recognition, achievement of goals.

The features of the 3rd chakra include: a sense of self-worth among others, success, fame, material well-being.

Anahata

For women, the 4 chakra (green) is considered the most significant, since it is responsible for love. She refers to the element of air, helps a woman to feel love for a man, to be faithful to him, and also makes it possible to experience this feeling in relation to the Universe. Opening the heart chakra is important for any woman. The features are: feelings of happiness, love, joy and compassion.

Vishuddha

The throat, blue, chakra is located in the neck and is considered masculine. She helps a woman gain confidence, believe in herself, and achieve her goals. Also, with her help and correct work, you can feel your own uniqueness. The features of the 5th chakra are: the ability to communicate well and correctly convey your thoughts to others, the impact on people, self-confidence. Her element is sound.

Ajna

The sixth is indigo and is responsible for creativity. It is located in the forehead area between the eyebrows and helps the woman to channel her creativity in the right direction. Also, the 6th chakra gives insight, intuition and the ability to listen to it.

Features include: the ability to feel the mood of people, wisdom, insight, intuition. Her element is light.

Sahasrara

The seventh, purple, is located on the crown of the head and is a kind of conductor between man and space. She also communicates with the Universe. She develops abstract thinking in a woman, the ability to cognize being and herself. Features include: awareness of their own uniqueness and connection with the Universe. Thought is her element.

Why is blocking happening?

Blocking of each of the above chakras occurs for different reasons. The blockage can be detected by some signs, which are also separate for each chakra.

The first is blocked by fear, which the woman cannot control. Several circumstances point to the block at once:

  • constant financial difficulties;
  • a feeling of loneliness in almost all life situations;
  • weak activity and stiffness;
  • feeling insecure all the time.

Also, signs of blockage include constant stress caused by external pressure in a woman.

The second chakra, Svadhisthana, is blocked by feelings of guilt. There are several signs of blockage or malfunction:

  • a constant feeling of guilt in front of other people or in front of yourself for something;
  • excessive severity towards yourself;
  • problems in sex and negative perceptions about it.

When blocked, the woman tries unsuccessfully to find a suitable partner, but all attempts remain unsuccessful.

Manipura is blocked by a sense of shame. A woman becomes convinced that she is a victim of circumstances, and her whole life depends on fate. She cannot gain confidence in herself, and also constantly wants to please and please others. This is done with the aim of increasing one's own self-esteem, but such actions still do not bring feelings of satisfaction.

Anahata is blocked by grief. Symptoms are as follows:

  • a woman cannot find the meaning of her own life;
  • she does not feel happy and does not know how to be content with what she has;
  • afraid to get close to people.

In relation to the opposite sex, she shows such qualities and character traits as vindictiveness, irritation, resentment, selfishness. As a result, it all converges at one point and leads to parting.

Vishuddha is blocked by lies. The throat chakra does not work properly if a woman:

  • tries to please everyone;
  • afraid to be rejected for telling the truth;
  • cannot defend his right and his point of view;
  • fear of being misunderstood by others.

With a blocked chakra, a woman speaks too quickly, so in most cases, those around her do not understand. Ajna is blocked by illusion. In this case, a woman constantly winds herself up for any reason, does not trust her inner voice, does not listen to intuition, and is also unable to make an independent decision after thinking about the situation.

The upper chakra is blocked by attachment. If a woman often suffers from headaches, is focused on the material and cannot grasp the value of spiritual life, then her chakra is not working properly.

Ways to wake up

You can unblock the chakras yourself. But this will take some effort. The opening will release the inner energy. A woman will feel much better not only physically, but also spiritually.

Meditations

Meditation is the most common and beneficial way to release blockages. Starting from the first chakra, you need to act like this:

  • do yoga;
  • learn to be aware of and realistically assess the present;
  • in the process of meditation, in order to open the third chakra in the solar plexus zone, it is necessary to imagine a bright yellow sunflower;
  • you need to practice relaxing asanas, as well as give yourself the installation: "I deserve it", "I can handle it", "I love myself as I am";
  • rest more;
  • tune in to reality every day;
  • practice meditation with the sacred sound "om".

Meditation must be practiced constantly. They will help open the chakras and tune them to work correctly.

Practices

Harmonization depends on many things. In order to unblock the chakras, it is recommended to perform certain actions.

  • You need to get as close to nature as possible, for example, walk barefoot more often or work with the ground.
  • Learn to enjoy life. Cut off connections that suppress the correct functioning of the chakra. It's also important to trust your partner.
  • Eat yellow foods like bananas, cheese, lemons and more.
  • Stay away from people who are taking life energy.
  • Stop paying painful attention to others.
  • Apply oils to the frontal part: marjoram, juniper, clary sage, rosemary.
  • Include purple foods in the diet: eggplants, plums, blueberries, cabbage.

The recommendations are arranged in the same sequence as the chakras, starting from the bottom.

Additional exercises

As additional exercises, you can practice any breathing exercises. You can also use special stones designed to cleanse the chakras. Aromatherapy will not be superfluous.

It is important to work out each chakra, establish a diet, sleep and rest, learn how to properly interact with yourself and the people around you. Even with minor manipulations, life will begin to get back on track. A woman will feel needed, attractive, confident, independent.

Chakras must be open and balanced to receive and transmit energy and information, as well as to ensure the physical, mental and mental health of a person. But the main thing, in my opinion, is work on your personality, on your character traits and outlook. If you do not do this, then you can get an unhappy fate.

The opening of each chakra must be carried out in order to allow energy to enter the center of the energy vortex. If the chakra is closed, the energy center is not functioning. The consequences depend on which chakra is blocked.
