Rare bangs: who suits, how to make and style?

The sparse bangs are the most versatile of all types. Suitable for girls with any hair structure, face type and almost all types of haircuts. It is quite easy to do it yourself and, if desired, combine it with a haircut, without creating visible boundaries. How to choose, style and create a bang will be discussed in more detail in this article.

Each type of haircut has its own merits, even a rare bang. Lightweight and weightless strands are suitable for graduated and cascading haircuts of any length. Bangs are able to visually correct facial features and give texture, mobility to hair, combining all the elements of a haircut into one. It is performed on thin and medium-dense hair, possibly a special creation on thick hair. The frontal zone is cut in different directions: straight, oblique, torn, graduated. The main difference is that the mass of hair in the frontal zone of the head should not be thick.

The most popular rare bangs are among the representatives living in Asian countries, in particular, Japan, and among girls wearing a ladder haircut, a cascade.

It is not recommended to make sparse bangs too long on straight or slightly wavy hair, the optimal length is up to the middle of the eyes. It is desirable that the front strands smoothly merge into the bulk of the hair.

Owners of curls, on the contrary, should choose elongated models of haircuts for the frontal zone.Curly strands when cutting oblique bangs will have to be constantly styled, since in their natural form, the inclined line of the bangs will not be visible, and the shape of the haircut will look sloppy.

Torn options are suitable for heterogeneous haircuts: a cascade, a ladder, in layers. It is easier to combine such bangs with a haircut, creating invisible borders and adding visually volume to hair, styling.
• Straight. Classic bangs with a variety of lengths. Looks appropriate with any haircuts, but great harmony is achieved with simple shapes - squares.
• Arch. The semicircular concave bangs are easy to style and can be combined with haircuts for long and medium hair in any technique.

It is not recommended to perform asymmetric, graduated and creative bangs due to the insufficient density of the selected area, which will also lead to fuzzy lines in the shape of the trimmed area.

Consider what kind of sparse bangs are suitable for each type of face.

• Square, diamond-shaped. Sparse bangs are a great option for those with large facial features. Its softness and lightness smooth out wide cheekbones, heavy chin, giving the image even greater femininity. The length of the front strands in the oblique version should not be shorter than the level of the cheekbones. When cutting straight bangs, options for creating a straight cut only in the center of the selected area are possible, leaving the side areas - sideways - intact, they will help to visually lengthen the face.

• Round. Cutting thin bangs for chubby girls involves creating oblique shapes. The strands can be of the same length, but must be located at eye level or below.

• Oval, elongated. Here the masters advise to give preference to straight bangs, which accentuate the eyes and the shape of the lips. The optimal length is up to the eyebrows. Combines with any type of haircut, the greatest effect is achieved with a short bob, a page-style haircut or a sessionon.

To create straight bangs you will need:

• scissors;
• towel;
• clips or clips;
• comb with fine teeth.

• The step-by-step instructions for performing a haircut are quite simple.
• To begin with, it is worth highlighting the bangs area. The optimal site depth is equal to the length of two phalanges of the toe.
• Loose hair should be secured at the back of the head so that it does not mix with the selected area and does not interfere with the cutting process.
• The hair of the frontal zone must be washed with shampoo and wrung out with a towel until wet, the water should not drain from the strands.
• Comb the selected section in the direction of hair growth. If the hair grows in different directions due to the vortex, it is still necessary to comb the strands in the same natural direction.

• Decide on the desired bang length.
• The haircut begins on either side of the face, retreating from the desired length by 0.5-1 cm down. The lengthening is done so that after drying the hair, the strands are located at the level at which they were originally conceived.
• Straight cut. The scissors blade grabs small areas, gradually moving forward.
• At the end of the haircut, the hair must be dried with a hair dryer and a brush, or wait until it dries naturally.
• On the finished dry base, it remains to make the edging, that is, to trim the haircut line, or slightly shorten the strands.

The entire selected area must be taken in hand and, constantly combing the hair, pull it towards the short initial strand. That is, if the oblique bangs begin on the right side (short strand), then the entire hair is pulled as far as possible to the right, and vice versa.

After the hair is evenly distributed and combed, a straight cut must be made.

The starting point will be on the right side of the draw zone - this will be a short strand. Having decided on the beginning, a straight cut is made, parallel to the fingers of the holding hand. After cutting, the hair looses itself, and due to the pulling back of the strands, bangs with lengthening are obtained.

The selected section must be combed in the direction of hair growth and grasped with the right hand between the index and middle finger. Next, the hand must be turned in the opposite direction. That is, after grabbing the strand, the fingers look to the left, the hand is turned counterclockwise until the fingers begin to look to the right, the side of the little finger should be pressed against the forehead.

This technique allows you to create a twist on the selected strand, which, after dissolving the hair, creates an arch shape. The cut is made straight, parallel to the fingers. To determine the initial height of the arch (its inner part), you should initially place your fingers at the desired level of the bangs length.

Nuance: the more turns around the axis of the selected strand, the more concave the bangs will be.

The bangs are styled in the first place, since dry hair does not respond well to hot air, and with a long styling of a dry base, a complete loss of moisture occurs, leading to dryness and brittleness of the strands.

Drying is carried out from the root, the treated strand is lifted with a comb and pulled as much as possible from the face to the back of the head to obtain a high root volume. During styling, use a round brush or a wide massage brush.

For additional volume and simultaneous fixation of styling, it is recommended to use mousse or foam.

To fix the hairstyle on fine hair, it is worth using a medium or light hold varnish.

Correction of the front strands is done every two weeks for fine hair and once a week for fast-growing hair. For girls with thick hair, it is recommended to refresh their bangs once every two weeks.

Hair treatment with thinning scissors is carried out only on a dry base and is used on thick hair. Thin hair is best treated with poiting or pointkat - point, shallow types of cuts, performed with straight scissors.

When connecting bangs with the bulk of the hair, it is recommended to perform a smooth transition of the frontal zone using the slicing method.
