Jaz beach in Montenegro

How to get there?
It can be difficult to get to the beach directly from Budva on foot, and therefore it is best to use transport (bus or taxi), which actively takes tourists to the vicinity of this beach. Usually the bus runs every two hours. You can also rent your own car at a very competitive price, especially if you plan to travel with children. You can rent a parking space next to the beach.
You can rent a bike to get to your destination. However, this particular industry is not very popular in Montenegro, so you still have to look for a good company.

For those tourists who want to stay on the beach for a few days, locals offer accommodation for rent, namely small houses and villas. There are only a few houses directly on the beach, although some tour operators may offer a huge number of villas at very low prices. You should not trust them, since these houses are mainly located in neighboring villages (about 1.5 km from the sea).
Accommodation can only be found in the villages of Prijevore and Seotse, which are close to the beach. However, they are located on a hill, and therefore you will have to be patient to descend to it. When choosing a villa, you should be vigilant and attentive. To easily drive from the villa to the beach and back, it is recommended to rent a car. Only then there will be no problems in this regard.
You will not find any special entertainment here. This area is generally adapted for a quiet family, calm and comfortable rest. Although in the vicinity there are still several cafes and even pizzerias. There is a place to rest in the summer camp for those who prefer to spend the night in tents.
However, you should not count on the late work of the cafe, therefore tourists are advised to stock up on dry rations when going to the beach.
On this soulful and spacious beach, a festival is sometimes held, where you can see performances of some local bands, as well as get acquainted with traditional souvenirs. Locals offer jet skis, catamarans and kayaks for rent at very competitive prices.

Although the Jaz beach is guarded, it is not recommended to leave things on it unattended. The entrance to it is free.
You should not dive in unknown places, as there are very large and inconspicuous rocks on one side of this beach.
The beach is pretty clean as it is cleaned daily. However, in order to preserve the environment, it is recommended to dispose of garbage on the beach in designated areas.
It is known that this beach has a specially designated area for nudists. For those who avoid this type of recreation, it is recommended to be located away from this area.
