Another option for such a breakfast. Slice the sausage lengthwise, but don't cut it all the way. Then, turn it out, and secure the ends with a heart-shaped toothpick. Then do everything as in the first recipe - break the egg and fry it well.

Openwork pancakes. For this you will need:

  • eggs - 2 pcs.;
  • milk - 1 glass;
  • flour - 1 glass;
  • vegetable oil - 50g;
  • a pinch of salt

Whisk the eggs with a whisk (you do not need to achieve special splendor), add half the milk, continuing to beat. Then add in parts all the sifted flour, the dough should be thick. Beat it until the lumps break. And only after that add the rest of the milk, salt and add 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil (so that the pancakes do not stick to the pan).

You can pour the dough with a ladle, forming a thin pancake, but these are festive pancakes, so it's worth playing a little. Pour the dough into a pastry bag (you can replace it with a plastic bag or even a regular paper file, it is stronger). Unleash your imagination, you can draw a heart in a pan, or you can write the name of your beloved. Bake on both sides like regular pancakes. Serve with jam, honey, condensed milk.

Sweet Valentine. Such a surprise can be prepared in the evening. To do this, you need cardboard and your half's favorite sweets. Cut a heart out of cardboard. Choose the size yourself, the main thing is that there are enough sweets. The heart can be solid or empty inside. Then use double-sided tape to glue the candy.

Serve with a bottle of champagne.

For a romantic dinner, you need only four ingredients: a salad, a hot dish, an appetizer and sweets.

Salads

Light seafood salad. For this you will need:

  • squid - 150 gr;
  • thawed mussels in shells - 10 pcs.;
  • cappellini - 100 gr;
  • orange - 1pc;
  • lemon - 2 pcs.;
  • chili pepper - 1 pc.;
  • ginger root - 3 cm,
  • carrots - 1 pc.;
  • bell pepper - 1 pc.;
  • onion - 1 pc.;
  • garlic - 1 clove;
  • soy sauce - 30 gr;
  • green salad - 7 sheets;
  • sunflower oil - 100 ml.

Cooking squid marinade. To do this, you need to remove the zest from the citrus fruits. Then grind the ginger root in a blender together with the juice of one orange, 2 teaspoons of zest, a little chili and butter. Pickled squid, cut into rings, for 20 minutes.

Cooking vegetables for salad. We put two pans on the fire at once. In one we fry a clove of garlic (about 3 minutes), in the other - vegetables, cut into strips. Remove the garlic from the first frying pan and lay out the squid, after filling them with soy sauce.

We put two 2-liter saucepans on the fire. In one we cook mussels, in the other - cappellini. We cook seafood for no more than 3 minutes. Put the spaghetti in a skillet with vegetables, mix them to soak in the vegetable gravy.

We form the salad. Put lettuce leaves on the dish, put the cappellini with vegetables on top and decorate with seafood.

You can hide a ring in one of the mussel shells, which will be a great gift.

Hot dishes

Rack of veal "Love potion". For this you will need:

  • veal rack - 1 kg;
  • lemon - 1 pc.;
  • sour cream - 40 ml;
  • cherry tomatoes - 15 pcs.;
  • bread crumbs - 125 gr;
  • vegetable oil - 60 ml;
  • dried parsley, rosemary, thyme, ground black pepper salt;
  • celery root - 300 gr;
  • milk - 300 ml.

Cooking the breading mixture. To do this, mix the crackers, lemon zest, salt, pepper and dry spices in a separate bowl. Then we cook the meat. We remove excess fat and veins from it, clean the ribs. Rub with a mixture of salt and pepper. We pan and leave for 2 hours.

It is necessary to cook the dish simultaneously in two pans: in one we fry the squares (on all sides), in the other - tomatoes (with the addition of salt and pepper). Put the meat on a baking sheet, wrapping each bone in foil. We bake for 40 minutes at 180 degrees.

The next step is sauce. Chop the celery, boil it in milk for 30 minutes. Grind the boiled celery in a blender, add 2 tablespoons of sour cream, half a teaspoon of salt and 0.3 teaspoon of ground pepper. Beat everything again.

We form the dish. Cut the caret into portions, pour over the sauce and decorate with cherry tomatoes.

Snacks

Flower Bouquet appetizer. For this you will need:

  • green salad;
  • Frize salad;
  • green onions;
  • cucumber;
  • cherry tomatoes - 5 pcs.;
  • Margelan radish -1 pc .;
  • ham - 150 gr;
  • sausage "Salami" -150 gr;
  • red fish - 100 gr.

We spread 5 pieces of salami overlapping each other, tuck the tips and slowly fold into a tube, forming a rose with a toothpick. We make flowers from ham, fish and radish in the same way. We form a handle for a bouquet from cucumbers, cut lengthwise and tied together with green onions. Chop the tomatoes on toothpicks. Put the lettuce leaves on the bottom of the dish, put the Frize salad on top. Put the "bouquet handle" on the side, and put roses on the salad.

Cooking sweets

Not a single holiday is complete without desserts, it can be sweets, cupcakes, cakes, etc. Women love to receive flowers as a gift, but you can not only buy them, but also make them yourself.

Lollipops edible flowers. To prepare them you will need:

  • sugar - 5 glasses;
  • water - 300 ml;
  • citric acid - 0.5 teaspoon;
  • soda - 0.25 teaspoon;
  • icing sugar - 500 gr;
  • several flowers of pansies;
  • wooden skewers.

Cooking ginger syrup. Pour 3.5 cups of sugar into a 2 liter saucepan and add water. We put on low heat and bring to a boil. Moisten the sides of the pan with a silicone brush. When the syrup has boiled, reduce the heat, add citric acid and cook until the syrup is straw-colored (about 25 minutes).

Remove the syrup from the heat, let it cool for 5 minutes. We check for readiness using the "medium thread" test. To do this, we dip two fingers into the syrup and try to dilute them, if a pulling thread is obtained between them - the syrup is ready. In 0.5 tbsp. We dilute the soda with spoons of water and pour it into a saucepan to neutralize the syrup. Wait for the foam to settle (approximately 10 minutes). If the foam doesn't set, add another 0.5 tbsp. tablespoons of water and preheat a saucepan.

Then we dry the flowers. Place pansies between two sheets of parchment and iron them with a hot iron for 3 minutes. The next step is making the caramel. Pour 1.5 cups of sugar into a 2-liter saucepan, add 5 tbsp. tablespoons of syrup, 3 tbsp. spoons of water. We put on fire and, stirring, cook for 3 minutes, until the sugar melts. We check the readiness of the caramel - we put a drop of caramel in cold water and if we manage to twist the ball, the caramel is ready.

Cooking sweets. To do this, fill the brazier covered with parchment with 1 cm thick powdered sugar. Using a glass, make holes in the powder with a diameter of 7 cm. Pour the syrup into the holes, then put the flower and again the syrup.

For romance, you can pour a ring (previously disinfected) into the syrup. Insert the skewers into the sweets and wait for about 30 minutes.

Compliment cookies. For this you will need:

  • flour - 2 cups;
  • cinnamon - 1 tsp;
  • baking powder - 0.5 tsp;
  • butter - 100 gr;
  • icing sugar - 4 tbsp. spoons;
  • cocoa powder - 2 tbsp. spoons;
  • egg;
  • apricot jam - 3 tbsp spoons;
  • chopped ginger - 0.5 tsp;
  • milk;
  • black chocolate.

Cooking the dough. Pour flour, cocoa, ripper, cinnamon and ginger into a bowl. We mix everything and in the same mixture, on a coarse grater, rub butter. We grind everything into crumbs. Add the egg, icing sugar and apricot jam to the crumb. Knead the dough, wrap it in plastic wrap, let it rest in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Then we form the cookies. Divide the dough into 2 parts, roll out 5 mm thick. We make one big heart on one half, and small hearts on the other. In each heart we make two holes with a tube. So that you can tie a leaflet with a compliment with a ribbon. We bake in the oven for 10 minutes at 180 degrees.

Cooking milk frosting. For this you will need:

  • icing sugar - 6 tbsp. spoons;
  • milk - 3 tbsp. spoons.

Mix into a homogeneous mass. Decorating cookies. With the help of a pastry bag we outline the holes-eyes and contours, and then fill in the middle. Melt chocolate in the microwave, make any inscription on the big heart.

We attach leaflets with compliments to small cookies.

Avalanche of Passion cake. For this you will need:

  • dark chocolate - 900 gr.;
  • butter - 420 gr.;
  • eggs - 8 pcs.;
  • sugar - 200 gr.;
  • flour - 160 gr.;
  • cream - 375 ml.;
  • cocoa - 15 gr.

Cooking the dough. In a steam bath, we heat 300 g of butter and 500 g of chocolate. Separate the yolks from the whites, add 1 glass of sugar to them, beat with a mixer into a fluffy mass. Pour the melted butter-chocolate mixture in a thin stream to the yolk mass and mix until smooth. Add 1 cup flour and continue stirring. A muffin mold with a diameter of 22 cm "put on a French shirt" - spread with butter and sprinkle with cocoa. Pour the dough into a mold and bake for 20 minutes at a temperature of 200 degrees.

After that, you can start preparing the chocolate ganache. Pour cream into a saucepan, add pieces of chocolate and butter to them. Cook until thick. Pour the finished ganache into the center of the cake and pour it completely, so that it looks like an avalanche. In the ganache, you can hide a ring wrapped in foil in the shape of a candy.
