First you need to divide the paper sheet into 3 equal parts 7 cm long. Glue a strip of scotch tape on the central part. Then completely glue the reverse side of the sheet with colored tape.

The next step: fold the sheet in half and cut a small hemisphere in the middle. Then cover the reverse side of the sheet with tape, and bend the sheet itself in three places along the previously drawn lines.
