Bagua: what is it and how to use the grid?

Each room has its own unique energy. When it is in harmony with the biofield of people living in a given room, their life is successful. The ancient Chinese philosophy of Feng Shui preaches the correct organization of energy flows. This helps neutralize negative sha energy and activate positive qi.

The Bagua scheme divides the area of ​​the house into specific zones. According to feng shui, you can use a special magic square in your home. The importance of division into trigrams was deciphered about 40 centuries ago. Feng Shui philosophy states that our life is divided into 9 sectors. They are displayed as a pakua grid.

The grid consists of an octagon that is made up of trigrams. Each of the 9 zones oversees a specific aspect of life (fame, career, creativity, and others). All zones have a certain color scheme, which has an important meaning, according to the teachings. Bagua has long been used to define and redistribute energy and its connection with the cosmos.

The meaning of feng shui theory is to make home a helper in improving our lives. The flow of energy should work for us, and not vice versa. All this is achieved with the help of simple interior reconstructions.

Combine the remaining sectors with the compass divisions: north, northeast, south, southwest, east, southeast, west, and so on.

It turns out that the division of the room into parts arose by analogy with the division into parts of the world. The northern sector of the pakua should be aligned with the northern part of the house to correctly reflect all other areas. When determining the feng shui sectors in the house, it should be borne in mind that the resulting scheme will have to be combined with the general layout of the room. If the layout of your home is of an incorrect configuration, it is advisable to adjust the plan to obtain a square or rectangular shape.

After receiving an apartment plan, painted by Feng Shui sectors, it is advisable to paint in detail each plot received. For example, "wealth zone - kitchen", "family zone - corridor". Now you can inspect all rooms in order to identify problem areas. In which rooms has a lot of rubbish accumulated? Where will it take more effort? Try to determine the zones that are relevant to you at the moment.

From 8 sectors located in a circle, an octagon is formed. Some representatives of the teaching distinguish the center as the ninth zone (health). Others do not recognize her. Nevertheless, the center of the figure (like any other) still exists. Therefore, the middle of the apartment should be located according to the grid. And the central pakua area simply merges with the family sector.

Southeast. The color is purple, green. The element to it is the water element and the tree. The following works well to activate this zone.

• Live plants with round leaves. Ideally, this should be a "money tree". It is better not to put cacti here, as they are prickly. This means that the money will "prick" its owner.
• The water installed in a given zone can be a very serious supplier of money. In Eastern teachings, it is water that is the symbol of money. You can put decorative fountains, aquariums with fish, or even pictures of moving water. Only it should not be stagnant water, not a lake or a swamp.

• Pyramids. They attract achievements in any area, strengthening the pursuit of goals.

• Fireplace, candles that need to be turned on sometimes.

It is not easy to comply with all the postulates of the ancient Chinese doctrine in a small area, however, perhaps for this:

• it is worth removing all the debris, it is advisable to carry out a general cleaning during the descending phase of the moon;

If your house has an unusual architectural shape (with the letter "G" or "T"), then it is not always possible to define all zones. In this case, you can simply activate the missing zones in any, separately taken sector. Or even divide just one room into all areas of the bagua grid. Since the compass will certainly show all the cardinal points in the room, it is quite logical to divide the room into 8 parts.
