To obtain a qualification of the 2nd degree, it is necessary: ​​higher professional education and work experience as an engineer of OMTS at least 3 years. To obtain 1 qualification category, you need: higher professional education and work experience as an engineer of the 2 category from 3 years and above.

Responsibilities

According to ECTS, the job description of a procurement specialist includes the following duties.

  1. Constant comparison of prices on the market in order to identify the optimal product option in terms of quality and price.
  2. Drawing up a procurement plan for material raw materials, including spare ones, based on standards and reasonable calculations.
  3. Participation in the preparation of projects and plans for equipping the enterprise with the necessary materials. The specialist also prepares reasonable calculations for these projects.
  4. Coordination with suppliers of all data and characteristics for the ordered product.
  5. Development and registration of norms for material and technical resources, monitoring the use of these resources.
  6. Acquisition of the necessary materials for each department of the enterprise or organization as a whole.
  7. Drawing up the necessary documentation (reports, acts, official documents) for working with suppliers.
  8. Extension or conclusion of a tender or contract with suppliers for the necessary material and technical resources.
  9. Implementation of the allocated funds for the purchase of the necessary materials.
  10. Delivery of the necessary resources and their verification in accordance with the contract.
  11. Participation in the audit of material and technical equipment and accounting for excess products, followed by a plan for the sale of this product and adjusting orders for a certain period.

Knowledge and skills
