  • Registration of all necessary documentation for the allotment of land plots for the planned construction work... It is the technical supervision that must carry out a timely geodetic breakdown in the designated area, after which all the necessary documents are transferred according to the act of the construction company. The technical supervision specialist accepts from the builders the axial distribution of buildings under construction, as well as high-rise markings with the parameters of the foundations, from the builders.
  • Providing the construction company with the formalized documents for the demolition of all structures located in the construction area of ​​the building. Also, the specialist coordinates the transfer of utilities, and, if necessary, obtains permission to cut down the plantings.

  • The engineer must carry out technical audit on a daily basis the quality of construction and installation, as well as other highly specialized works for their compliance with regulatory technical documents and existing legal acts.
  • The specialist must without fail personally attend the acceptance of hidden works and, based on the acceptance data, allow or prohibit the next block of works.

  • This specialist is obliged to check the correctness of keeping all logs of production and execution of welding, concrete, and other construction work. If their quality is violated, the engineer must make appropriate records and set a time limit for eliminating all detected defects.
  • The engineer has the right monitor the implementation of all prescriptions: both those entered by him in the journal from the standpoint of designer supervision, and those received from the regulatory authorities.
  • If necessary, a leading technical supervision specialist can contact the project company in order to agree on the introduction of additions and changes to the project for replacing building materials, as well as performing a cycle of production work in order to correct the working design and estimate documentation.

  • when signing acts hidden works that do not correspond to the actual data, as well as when issuing acts retroactively or when registering the acceptance of an object without personal presence at the site.
