A single brush is not enough for quality oral care. To maintain healthy teeth and gums, dentists recommend taking comprehensive measures. One of the most effective procedures is brushing your teeth with irrigators. Such devices are produced by many European companies. Among the wide variety of devices, the Jetpik irrigators have won the trust of the consumer.

Peculiarities

Irrigators of the Jetpik brand are considered to be innovative devices that combine several options for more effective care of gums and teeth. The devices are equipped with the Smart-floss function - it implies the presence of a cartridge with dental floss in the nozzle. However, if necessary, irrigators can be used without floss - for this, the thread is cut, after which the cartridge is installed back into the nozzle.

According to clinical studies, Jetpik equipment is more efficient than other brands of irrigators. Due to the combination of a pulsating fluid supplied under pressure with floss, teeth and gums are thoroughly cleaned from food debris and bacterial deposits. Thanks to the use of the device, you can reach hard-to-reach places and take care of gingival pockets.

Let's describe the advantages of Jetpik irrigators.

  1. Triple cleaning system. Quality care helps to reduce the risk of various diseases of the oral cavity, which reduces the number of visits to the dentist.
  2. Removal of tartar with a smart floss system. Thanks to the gentle action, the risks of damage to tooth enamel and gums are eliminated.
  3. Possibility of crown care, implants and other orthopedic structures.
  4. Hydromassage function. Regular use of an irrigator helps to get rid of bleeding gums and avoid periodontitis.
  5. Possibility of step regulation of the pressure. Smooth switching of modes allows you to choose the best option for yourself.
  6. A large number of replaceable attachments. The devices are equipped with a tongue cleaner, jet nozzles and a large number of floss cartridges.

All models of Jetpik irrigators are compact and lightweight, within 300 g. Small weight and dimensions ensure ease of operation of the equipment and its transportation.

The devices also have some disadvantages. The disadvantages include the inability to connect to the water supply system of some models and the lack of an auto-off option. Some consumers consider it a significant drawback that the irrigators do not provide for 360-degree rotation of the nozzles.

The lineup

All models of Jetpik irrigators are equipped with a rechargeable battery for mobility. Devices with a built-in power supply can be taken with you on hikes, travel and business trips. They are convenient to use where there is no way to connect to a 220 V network. Thanks to their compact size, the irrigators can easily fit even in a small bag.

JP50 Solo

Portable irrigator with pulsating jet. The fluid pressure range is 200 to 550 kPa. The device supports 6 working modes. The volume of the water tank is 400 ml. Device weight - 250 g, height - 240 mm, width - 30 mm.

The irrigator operates on battery power, the battery life of the device is 25 minutes. Charging time for the device is 8 hours. For more comfortable use, the manufacturer has provided an indicator - it shows the charge level of the power source. The irrigator is equipped with a special stand for storing replaceable nozzles.

JP50 Star

The model is ideal for people who are often on business trips. The weight of the device is 150 g, length is 22.5 cm. The impulse device supports 3 operating modes. The device is powered by a battery.

The irrigator can operate continuously for 25 minutes (without recharging the battery). The device is made of white heavy-duty plastic, which ensures the mechanical strength of the case.

JP210 Solo

Portable compact model combining pulsating water supply, vibration brush and Smart-floss technology. The device is equipped with a water tank with a capacity of 400 ml, which, if necessary, can be transformed into a travel case for transporting an irrigator, nozzles and other accessories.

The device supports 6 working modes. The ripple frequency is 1500 times in 1 minute. An ultrasonic toothbrush operates in the modes of 15,000–30,000 vibrations in 60 seconds. Due to its high vibration frequency, the device effectively removes food debris and bacterial plaque, and also prevents the development of most dental diseases.

The JP210 Solo is powered by a power source that can be charged via an AC adapter or USB port. The battery life is 25 minutes. It takes at least 8 hours to fully charge the battery. For comfortable operation, the manufacturer has provided a timer and equipped the device with a charging indicator. There is a clip on the device hose that holds it securely in any container.

The JP50 Travel irrigator combines compactness, ergonomics and functionality. The package includes the device itself, an adapter, a charger, a tongue cleaning nozzle, 3 floss cartridges and a special clip designed to fix the hose to the container. The device is equipped with a special scraper for cleaning the tongue, as well as 3 nozzles and 10 floss cartridges. A distinctive feature of the JP50 Ultra model is the presence of a sanitizer designed to disinfect the toothbrush and attachments. Thanks to the convenient clip on the silicone hose, the irrigator can be used anywhere using an available container.

Selection Tips

Irrigators of the Jetpik trademark are similar in their technical characteristics. Impulse devices have the same compressor power and are equipped with batteries of the same capacity. The differences lie in the configuration and method of charging the device - they distinguish between devices with contact and non-contact memory.

Irrigators can be equipped with different types of nozzles. With a limited budget, it is recommended to opt for devices equipped with 1 or more standard nozzles. Visually, they are a bent tube with a small hole at the end. If there are constructions such as braces, crowns, implants, then it is best to give preference to devices with orthodontic tips. Their main features are an elongated nozzle and a small tip that creates a fine jet.

With an unlimited budget for home use, you can choose a dental station with a large number of attachments, an ultrasonic brush and a built-in sanitizer for disinfection.

Fans of frequent travel are advised to choose a lightweight irrigator without a container with a minimum set of nozzles.

User manual

Charge the irrigator before using it for the first time. To do this, the charger is connected to a 220 V household outlet, after which the device is placed on the stand. The green LED will flash while charging. Its continuous light will indicate a full charge of the power source. Before use, you need to insert a cartridge with a floss system into the nozzle. If installed incorrectly, the irrigator will not turn on.

The next step is to fill the container with water. For these purposes, you can use a special liquid or rinse aid, which does not contain alcohol-containing components and oils. It is undesirable to use tap water - it contains organic substances that pollute and clog the irrigator system. Such liquid will often lead to premature failure of the instrument. Filtered or boiled water can be used to prolong the durability of the device.

When using the irrigator for the first time, set the pressure to the minimum value. In the absence of discomfort, you can increase the pressure. If discomfort appears, it is recommended to stop the procedure.

You need to start cleaning from the back teeth, performing movements from the root zone. Typically, a dental care procedure takes no more than 10-15 minutes. To maintain oral health, you need to use an irrigator 3-4 times a week.
