The door is an improved fixture. This design, as a rule, is equipped with a magnetic lock (which only reacts to the key on the collar of the animal) and is stuffed with electronics. When choosing, you should always start from the problem at hand.
It makes no sense to put the option with a magnetic lock on the toilet door. If you are annoyed by the knock of a hinged hinged door, for example, in a bedroom, put a regular tunnel.
