Blue manicure with silver

As statistics show, with all the existing variety of options, the most common varnish colors used to cover nails are red, pink, and French manicure.

Nevertheless, bold ladies adorn their hands not only with traditional designs, but also strive to try new techniques and combinations of shades. One of them is blue varnish combined with silvery sequins.

Blue has many shades, which, in turn, allows you to create designs that are very different in saturation and brightness.

Dark and vibrant shades of blue are:

• sapphire;
• cobalt;
• electrician;
• teal - color on the border of blue and green;
• navy - the so-called sea;
• midnight - midnight blue mixed with black.

If, for some reason, you are not ready to wear such rich tones on your nails, you can pay attention to light shades of blue:

Blue in all its forms (except for the most pastel ones) goes well with other colors - red, white, yellow, black. Silver and gold lend luxury and sophistication to the design with solo shades of sea and sky. In addition, rhinestones, kamifubuki, modeling and sand look great on blue.

If we talk specifically about the blue-silver combination, this is rather a winter manicure. Although nothing prevents you from wearing it at any other time of the year.

The simplest design is a moon manicure, where the main coating is sapphire or indigo, and the hole is lined with silver. The combination of the same colors on different fingers looks spectacular - four are covered with silver varnish, and the rest are azure.

There are a huge number of options for combining these colors, as well as a manicure technique. It can be a gradient on two or four nails, and the rest of the fingers are covered with the same color. A silver jacket on a light blue or cornflower blue base varnish will look beautiful and original. Bright silvery geometry will only accentuate the depth and richness of ultramarine or indigo.

If you are doing a manicure for the New Year, you can combine various techniques for its implementation, and it will not look excessive. Silver monograms will look great when supplemented with rhinestones, both small and huge. The shiny sand will make your pens shine, and the matching shade of rubbing will evoke festive associations and create a joyful mood. Sliders or stamping - in the New Year everything is acceptable in the most incredible combinations.

The blue cat-eye manicure looks very impressive. It can act both solo and be the basis for performing monograms, laying out rhinestones, beads, and various kinds of patterns.

It is on deep shades of blue and green that designs with rhinestones look most effective, but even the largest of them do not look excessive. If the abundance of stones is too much for you, you can cover part of the nail with glitter. Such a manicure will look more restrained, but elegant at the same time.

The "caviar" design, in which, as a rule, one nail is completely covered with small beads, "broths", will look no less impressive in the proposed colors: gray-silver king-nail, the rest - cornflower blue or ultramarine.

And, of course, "Gzhel" is an original design, a combination of bright blue and white, into which minimal blotches of silver sparkles will perfectly fit.

The “marble” on nails, which has not lost its popularity this season, is also beautiful in the proposed combination. Of course, it must be done very carefully.

The only condition for these shades is not to take more than one or two shades for them as companions. Since blue is a rather saturated color in itself, a large number of accompanying shades can create ripples and fuss on the nails, and this is not at all the effect that a lady is seeking when she comes to a manicure.

The length of nails for a combination of blue and silver can be any: this combination looks beautiful both on short nails with a free edge length of 2-3 mm, and on infinitely long ones.

When choosing any of the manicure techniques, you should take care of which master and in which salon will perform it. Not only beauty, but also safety should be priorities in DIY care. Only then will they look great. In this case, it does not matter at all what color of varnish is on the nails.
