How to insert the zipper with a fork?

If the slider flew off the zipper on the clothes, then you can put it back on in a few minutes using a regular fork. Of course, in the future, the zipper will have to be replaced if possible, but for some time the put on slider will work.

• any fork that is made of durable metal (aluminum cutlery will not work);

• lightning with a flying dog.

To insert the zipper lock into its original place, you must follow the entire simple procedure one by one. It consists of the following steps.

• You need to take a fork made of durable metal in your hands. A prerequisite is the presence of four teeth. Otherwise, putting the lock will be very problematic.

• The slider should be put on two middle teeth with the rounded end up. The position of the lock on the fork is clearly shown in the photo. It should be noted that you need to wear it on the very edge of the teeth. If you push the lock further, it may break.

• Now you need to take the zipper in your hands, and thread both ends of it into the corresponding holes on the slider. Drag down a little.

• When the slider has already closed a few centimeters of the zipper, the plug can be removed.

So you can shove almost any slider. The main thing is that it matches the size of the fork teeth. Most of all, this method is useful when you urgently need to repair the zipper on some outerwear.
