First, let's prepare all the necessary products:
- 90 g flour;
- 1 tbsp. a spoonful of honey;
- 2 eggs;
- 40 g of sugar;
- 1 tsp baking powder;
- 20 ml. water;
- melted chocolate.
Optionally, add ½ teaspoon of vanilla.
Recipe:
1. Mix honey, sugar and egg. When the sugar dissolves, pour in water, add baking powder and flour.
2. Stir the mixture and cover the film. We are waiting for 10 minutes.
3. Fry pancakes over low heat (an important nuance! We do not add oil.)
4. Lubricate the pancake with chocolate and press it with another.
