"Akros"
Steel blades, composite handle.
The following knife models are produced in this collection:
- chef's (chef's knife), the blade is wide and long (20 cm) - a universal assistant in the kitchen: shreds vegetables and fruits, butchets meat and fish, finely cuts cheese and sausage;
- for steak - this is a highly specialized device with an 11.5 cm blade and a serrated edge for better grip with the material being cut, the handle is slightly curved and adjusted to the grip of the hand;
- universal - has the same dimensions as the previous version, the only difference is that its blade is even, and not serrated, like a steak appliance;
- sirloin - the blade is narrow and flexible with a length of 15 cm, such a structure of the blade allows you to quickly separate the fillets of meat or fish from the bone;
- cleaning knife straight - the shape of the blade is wide and short, only 9 cm long, with such a device it is convenient to peel off fruits and vegetables;
- cleaning knife curved - the blade is short, only 7 cm in length, slightly concave in the middle, convenient for cutting out "eyes" in potatoes and spoiled places in vegetables and fruits.
Wedge
The design of this collection is strict and laconic. The handle is made of impact-resistant thermoplastic resin, or, more simply, plastic. There are several holes on the handle so that the hand does not fog up during operation.
The main color of the knife handle is black and only the inner surface of the holes is diluted with an orange rim. The line consists of the following options:
- chef's;
- santoku;
- universal;
- for cleaning;
- for slicing.
"Maroon"
This is the brightest and most elegant collection. Knife handles are made of bright red plastic, covered with anti-slip silicone coating on top. All appliances have a removable blade cover with a convenient loop for hanging. The case is embossed with a company logo and a fantasy ornament.
It also has small ventilation holes. The company logo is on the blade. The handle does not have a protective overlap on the blade, but due to the silicone coating it holds in the hand quite confidently. The ruler consists of three knives:
- chef's;

- for cleaning.
Whitford
The devices of this collection have a slightly different handle structure - they do not have the characteristic "influx" on the blade, which makes the grip more comfortable, but the handle itself is made of wood, which significantly reduces its sliding even in a wet hand.
This line contains the following varieties:
- chef's - has a slightly curved handle, the blade length is standard for a chef's knife - 20 cm;
- santoku knife (translated from Japanese means "three in one") and is designed to cut into slices, chop into large pieces and grind into small chips, the blade is wide and heavy, its length is 18 cm, the sharpening is asymmetric, at the tip of the blade is sharper, on the blade itself there are small depressions for better slicing quality;
- universal - with a conical blade 13 cm long;
- cleaning knife - slightly curved, blade length 9cm.
Elegance
The peculiarity of this line is that the products are completely made of steel. Blued steel is used for the blades. They are coated with a special compound, as a result of which they acquire a dark gray asphalt shade and increased resistance to corrosion. And the handle is made of stainless steel.
There are two pieces in this collection:
- chef's;
- boning - a knife for removing bones in fish and meat, the blade is thin and curved, 15.5 cm long, it is very convenient for them to make fine cuts and cut out a bone or joint from the flesh.

Care
In order to prevent steel from contacting with an aggressive environment of detergents, salts and various acids, it is recommended to wash Taller knives by hand, and not in a dishwasher.
If chemicals come into contact with a metal surface, it can cause streaks, dark spots and rust.
It is recommended that you dry the blades before placing them in the rack.
For sharpening, use special stones, musats and other devices designed for a steel blade.
