Various types of high-carbon stainless tool steel alloyed with chromium, molybdenum and vanadium are used for the production of steel knives. Thanks to this, the knife retains its resistance to corrosion, sharpness and strength of the blade throughout its entire service life.
For the production of ceramic products, carbon-cemented zirconium dioxide is used.

This cleaver is also known as a knife YiMei LR149... Its main difference from similar products is a three-layer streamlined V-shaped blade of variable thickness. The lower part of the knife has a blade thickness of only 0.1 mm, which allows this part to be used for thinly slicing vegetables, cheeses and sausages, while in the upper part of the product, the blade thickness is 3.5 mm, so it can be used for quick slicing of vegetables. and meat.
Steel 9Cr18MoV, from which the knife is made, undergoes a multistage mechanical treatment and mirror polishing, which results in a combination of hardness, strength, toughness and ideal product appearance.
The combination of a V-shaped blade with a high hardness of the blade material (which is 59 HRC) allows you to significantly reduce the force that needs to be applied when cutting dense products (cheese, meat, fresh vegetables). The knife is perfectly balanced (the center of gravity is at the junction of the blade and the handle), and its handle made of mahogany is ergonomically shaped and fits perfectly in the hand. Thereby with regular use of the knife, calluses are not formed, and the likelihood of cutting yourself is minimized.
The blade of this cleaver is 298 mm long and 90 mm wide.
Nano Knife Set
This set consists of five items, namely:
- chef's knife;
- meat cleaver;
- a knife for cutting vegetables;
- a tsaidao knife (a traditional Chinese universal cleaver that can be used for quick shredding, cutting and cutting of meat, vegetables and any other products, and even used for chopping wood);
- kitchen scissors.
The blades of all products included in the set have a V-shape and undergo a multistage mechanical treatment, due to which they retain their hardness, strength and corrosion resistance for a long time. All connections are made by seamless welding, which ensures their strength and attractive appearance.
Thanks to the stainless steel handles, their ergonomic shape and delicate balancing, the knives grip well, do not slip and provide full control over the cutting process.
The length of the Tsaidao blade is 164 mm, for the vegetable knife this parameter is 90 mm, the blade of the chef's knife is 180 mm long, and for the meat cleaver it is 165 mm.
Nano Ceramic Knife Set
This kit includes:
- 3 ceramic knives with blade lengths 325, 230 and 200 mm;
- peeler 135 mm long.
Made from zirconium dioxide, the blade of these products undergoes 300 heating and cooling cycles in a vacuum at a temperature of 2000 ° C, thanks to which the material acquires the highest hardness. The thickness of the cutting edge of the products included in the kit is 0.4 mm. The ergonomic thumb-knurled grips prevent slippage and cuts when working with these extremely sharp knives.
Black Heat Knife Set
This set, made of 50Cr15MoV steel, consists of:
- a knife with a length of 298 mm, which is designed for fine cutting of vegetables and fruits;
- a cleaver with a length of 307 mm, which is suitable for smooth cutting of vegetables, meat and other products.
A feature of the set is the elegant black color of the items included in it, which is achieved through the use of ceramic nano-coating with a "lotus effect". This coating protects the knives from scratches, keeps water, grease and other liquids away from the blades and promotes self-cleaning.
