There is a version of the cracker that makes a louder sound. The process of creating such a craft takes more time. In addition, a small child will not be able to do it on their own the first time. Therefore, he may need the help of an adult.

The step-by-step process for creating a loud cracker looks very simple:

• First, the sheet must be carefully folded in half. The fold line must be ironed carefully.

• The bottom of the sheet must be carefully folded up. At the same time, the edges should be even. Next, the sheet must be folded again. The height of the new fold should be the same.

• The resulting accordion must be expanded by lifting this part up. The sheet must be folded in half. The center fold should be ironed well.

• The lower part of the accordion is neatly turned upward. Further, the same part is omitted. The edges must be turned towards you and the folds must be ironed. At this stage, the figure looks like an airplane. The middle of the sheet must be pulled over the edges. In this case, the corner should go out. The edges need to be trimmed and the corner tightened.

• Next, this part must be moved to the edge of the cracker. At this stage, the craft is ready.

To create a bright New Year's crackers, you will need 2 sheets of A4 paper, a pencil, and a thick cardboard sleeve.

Such a festive attribute is made in the following way:

1. The first step is to fold a sheet of paper in half. The fold must be carefully ironed.
2. Next, the sheet must be expanded. Free edges need to be brought to the center. Next, the workpiece must be expanded again and folded again so that the lower edge of the sheet coincides with the upper strip.
3. The edge strip must also be bent in half. Repeat the same with the opposite side of the sheet.
4. Then it unfolds again. As a result, the sheet of paper should have the same number of even folds.
5. The edge of the sheet must be bent so that an even triangle is formed. The place of the fold should be marked with a pencil.
6. Having unfolded the sheet, a third of the paper must be folded towards the center. Further, the same part should be folded again with an accordion.
7. After that, the sheet must be re-expanded. The lower part of the piece of paper is bent again, and the upper one is bent in half.
8. The fold is marked with a simple pencil. A neat corner is drawn there. It must be folded immediately, fixing the fold.
9. Further, this corner must be made wider. This procedure is repeated several times. The fold is carefully ironed every time. The distance between the stripes must be the same.
10. The same procedure must be repeated, making notes on the second half of the sheet.
11. Next, the sheet must be turned with the back side towards you.
12. The lower and upper parts of it must be carefully folded. One of them fits neatly into the other.
13. The shape of the future figurine must be carefully trimmed. Two cardboard sleeves must be placed inside. In the center, the paper blank must be carefully twisted.
14. The bushings must be removed and set aside.
15. Having made another similar workpiece, the two parts must be connected together. It remains only to place the confetti inside. Using such a craft is very simple - you just need to pull the two edges in different directions.

To make the crackers durable and easy to use, it is worth paying attention to useful tips.

1. You should not use thin newsprint in your work... This material is not dense enough. Therefore, the finished firecracker will not make a loud sound.
2. To make the craft more enjoyable, you can decorate it. If the paper is thick, you can try to paint it with gouache or felt-tip pen. You can also use regular gel pens instead. The design can be anything you want.
3. It is worth remembering that these crackers make rather loud sounds. Therefore, letting children under three years old play with them is not worth it: an unpleasant sound can scare a child. Do not clap next to pets either.
4. If the clapperboard does not make loud noises, it is worth trying to unfold and fold it again. Perhaps this is due to the fact that not all the air was released from it. You can make the sound louder by making sharper hand movements.
