How to make origami in the form of a boat?

Everyone in childhood loves to put something on the water. Children are especially delighted with a boat made with their own hands, which does not sink. In the article, we will talk about how to make origami in the form of a boat, what folding schemes are, from what age you can attract a child to such an activity.

Making an origami boat is a very exciting experience for elementary school children.... By this time, they can already master the basic forms in this technique, and it will not be difficult to cope with the task. You will need paper to get the job done.

It can be double-sided and painted on different sides in different colors. If nothing like this is at hand, then you can take a regular A4 white sheet. But what to say, because many of today's adults in their childhood made such boats, boats just from the newspaper.

And yet, the paper base should have a medium density so that the sheet bends well, and the finished toy is stable and retains its shape longer. Such a boat will float on the water and will not capsize even in moderately windy weather.

Origami "Cutter" begins by forming a basic square shape on paper. For those who have basic knowledge of this technique, it is not difficult to make such a figure.

Then proceed as follows:

1. fold the paper along the outlined lines, as in the figure, on the one hand, and then repeat the procedure on the other;
2. reveal the figure;
3. lift up the triangular parts;
4. fold back a small triangle;
5. again reveal the resulting structure (figure), pulling the triangles to the sides, raising the "sides";
6. the figure is straightened and the boat is sent to sail.

Each parent can independently create step-by-step instructions for creating a boat for children, marking fold lines on paper with a dotted line and making it easier for young captains.

For example, it might look like this:

1. A-4 sheet is bent in half in an upright position;
2. further below and above the resulting rectangle, basic folds are made for a double triangle;
3. the sides are folded towards the middle part;
4. the corners also go down to the middle and are inserted inside the lower part (such a design should turn out);
5. hydrofoils are formed (2 folds can be made on them);
6. to shape, mark 3 lines (as shown).

The finished model of such a paper boat is ready to sail.

You can start making a boat using the origami technique when the child already fully understands what shapes are, distinguishes a triangle and a rectangle in shape, he has well-developed hand motor skills.

Other recommendations include the mandatory use of the boat for its intended purpose. Of course, a boat sailing in an open water will cause keen interest and positive emotions. If there is no such safe place, you can send him sailing along the spring stream.

But you can put it in both the bathtub and the basin at home. In any case, this is a good idea for spending time with children, bringing joy not only to kids, but also to adults.
