Classic raincoats are most often made of thin fabrics that are waterproof and windproof. This material is even called like the clothes that are sewn from it. At least that was the case before. With the advent of new materials and fashion trends, designers are increasingly giving preference to other fabrics.

Among this assortment there are several options:

• Leather is great for creating classic raincoats. This material wears well, does not get wet, does not lose its relevance, and also has the ability to combine with other clothes of various styles.

• Raincoat fabric will always be used to create raincoats and other materials will not be able to displace it completely. This fabric contains cotton and synthetic fibers that are specially processed. As a result, the material becomes waterproof. • Cotton, in particular, mercerized. With the help of modern processing of fibers, cotton acquires the properties that are necessary for outerwear. This material looks more expensive and noble, it becomes comfortable for use during the off-season.

In general, any color is acceptable for raincoats, here designers do not limit themselves. But if we are talking about classic raincoats, then only a few options can be distinguished:

• What shoes to wear classic raincoats with is another pressing question that worries many fashionistas. First of all, you should consider boots and shoes with heels. This choice of footwear is especially relevant for long models. Flat-soled options can be considered, but the combination of clothing and footwear should be ideal.

• Jewelry can be present in the image, but the cloak in this case should have the most restrained style. You can add a watch or a bracelet, laconic earrings, a chain with a small pendant to a classic look. The main thing is not to overdo it. It is not at all necessary to put on all the best all at once.

• The bag can be large and roomy or a small clutch type.
