Plasticine mosaic is very interesting not only for its appearance, but also for the fact that it allows you to diversify your child's skills. Modeling a butterfly for children and an idea of how to sculpt a fish in a mosaic way is far from the limit of possibilities. It is even possible to create entire original mosaic paintings.

Butterfly sculpting

Making mosaics is fun for young children and encourages their creativity... In addition, it will help to activate fine motor skills. A variety of patterns can be formed without difficulty. Taking plasticine as a basis, it will turn out to create an original molded butterfly. This kind of work is available for children aged 3 and over. You need to prepare:

  • a sheet of thick paper;
  • pencil;
  • red, green, yellow, white and blue plasticine bars.

The technology is extremely simple:

  • with the help of a black pencil, draw the contour of the insect;
  • roll up balls of various tones and sizes;
  • short "sausages" are formed;
  • elongated plasticine parts are placed inside the butterfly body, orienting them horizontally;
  • fill the tops of the wings (while the balls need to be pressed down a little);
  • decorate the lower sections;
  • take a colored pencil (color does not matter) and draw characteristic antennae.

Original painting "Mother and Child"

This composition is already more complex in nature. It is designed for at least schoolchildren. Even parents and educators can see it as a pretty serious challenge. First of all, you will have to thoroughly knead the plasticine. It is necessary to ensure that it smears out immediately, from the first movement.

Further, pinching off successively small black pieces, immediately cover the sheet with them - you should get a solid background.

This mass must be leveled with a stack.To simplify the process, it is worth blowing the surface with a hairdryer. The sketch, selected in advance, is placed on the sheet. Next, perform the actions:

  • using a ballpoint pen, squeeze out the contour, starting from the top point (traces from the process should remain on the background surface);
  • make balls;
  • attach them strictly along the contour, there is no need to rush;
  • varnishing a completely completed work;
  • after the varnish has dried, place it in a photo frame of a suitable size.

Mosaic fish

Plasticine plot mosaic is available for children even at preschool age. True, you will have to use simpler motives and compositions. It is most correct to sculpt not an ordinary, but a goldfish in order to captivate preschoolers more strongly. The work will be done on cardboard, not on paper, as usual. Additionally, you will need blue gouache, art brushes, glue, scissors, a silhouette of a fish. Plasticine of various colors is assumed by default.

Step by step, everything looks like this:

  • tinted cardboard with gouache;
  • cut out the desired silhouette picture;
  • put it on glue;
  • split off pieces of plasticine and roll small balls out of them;
  • lay out these balls along the contour picture (with light pressure to the surface);
  • form the upper fin and tail (they need plasticine "sausages" - yellow and orange);
  • yellow balls fill the image inside;
  • algae are made from green "sausages";
  • black and gray plasticine denote stones;
  • the purple stripes are laid out along the contour and pressed lightly to make it look like the picture is in a frame.

In addition, it should be said that many other plots and figures can be obtained from plasticine using the mosaic method, for example:

  • a section of the road with vehicles on it;
  • funny pumpkin;
  • a roaring lion;
  • apple and mushroom;
  • turtle surrounded by flowers.
