To form the base, it will be necessary to glue the cardboard cone so that its height is 12 centimeters. Then the foamiran is cut into long strips with a thickness of about 2 centimeters, which will act as needles. Further, on each strip you will need to make a fringe. The cuts are created in such a way that they remain intact somewhere 3-5 millimeters.

The work begins with the fact that rectangles with a side equal to 3 centimeters are cut out of white suede paper.
