How to make a bunny or rabbit from a napkin?

As a craft, as well as for a beautiful table setting, you can make a bunny or rabbit from a paper napkin. You can also use a cloth to create a figurine. The main thing is to get acquainted with the proposed master classes and prepare all the necessary materials.

Before you start creating crafts, you need to prepare a napkin. In order to make the bunny more effective, it is recommended to choose a colored napkin.

To fold a beautiful figure, you need to spread the napkin in front of you on a flat surface. Initially, the canvas is square. It must be folded in half, and then again in half in the longitudinal direction. You should get a rectangular strip.

Further, the folding scheme in stages looks like this.

• It is necessary to shape the ears of the future bunny. To do this, fold each side down. As a result of these actions, you should get a figure that resembles an airplane. The workpiece is clearly shown in photo No. 1.

A hare or rabbit can be folded not only from paper, but also from a cloth napkin. In order to do this, it is necessary to prepare the following materials and accessories:

• a square-shaped cloth napkin (if you wish, you can use a terry towel, then the figure will turn out to be more plush);

• stationery (it is better if it matches the selected material);

• eyes and nose (ordinary beads can be used);

• decorative satin ribbon;

• ponytail pom-poms;

• scissors;

• glue gun.

• Place the napkin on a flat surface with the wrong side down. Diagonally, you need to connect two opposite corners. Roll the resulting triangle into a tube.

• The ends must be connected together, and then tightened with a clerical elastic band. This stage of work is clearly shown in photo No. 7.

• Now, using a glue gun, you need to glue the pom-pom-tail. Location - oval fold.

1. If it was decided to make a hare out of a paper napkin, then it is better to choose a more durable material. A number of problems can arise with a soft paper towel: it breaks when bent, does not hold its shape, wrinkles too much. Of course, even in this case, you can try to make a figurine, but it is unlikely that it will turn out as attractive as you would like.

2. When making a rabbit, it is best to choose a light-colored napkin or towel, as in this case the figure will be clear and attractive.

3. Do not fold the figure too tight, as it should have an airy appearance.

4. When working with a glue gun, you should be extremely careful, as it can easily stain the craft in an unwanted place.
