• in the shape of a heart.

To make a petal, you need to follow a certain pattern.

• Take a square from the tape and fold it diagonally.
• Sharp edges in the mind are designated as 1 and 2.
• Now they are being combined.
• Already in the existing triangle, sharp ends are again designated, and they are folded in the same way.
• Excess material is cut off.
• All are fastened with a candle or neatly with a lighter.

Making a flower from pleated satin ribbon is pretty easy. You will need a piece of 45-50 cm long. And you will also need a little quick-drying glue. If you have a glue gun, you can use it.

It is not difficult to make a folded flower from a ribbon. Start by cutting a 1 meter piece. Now we make cuts at both ends diagonally.

You will also need a needle and thread to work. About 40 cm from the left side, fold the long end horizontally and the short end vertically. Ideally, you should end up with something that looks like an upside-down L. Now take the long right end and fold it so it's parallel to the shorter end. The fold should resemble an arrowhead. You will need to maintain a small gap of about 2.5 cm.

Then move the long end to the short end to make the arrowhead look more square. Now you need to repeat this scheme, lifting one end above the other, and then vice versa. You will notice that as you fold it down, you get an accordion. All actions are repeated until there are three layers of tape.

Gently lift the piece up, pinching the area where the folds are between your thumb and forefinger. Then take the longer end and thread it through the square slot in the center of the folds. Pull the tape neatly, but leave a little overhead on the other side of the folded area.

Now, take the long end of the tape that you passed through the hole in one hand, but hold the folds with your other hand. Roll the long piece next to the folds until you see them starting to curl. When you perform this action, you can soon see how the flower is being formed.

The most important thing is to understand how to make the petals themselves. They are done in two stages.

At the first, you need to fold a strip of fabric in half and clamp it with tweezers. The edge is cut off at an acute angle and must be sealed.

In the second stage, work with the opposite edge. Here they fold the strip in the form of an envelope and also fix it.

The assembly is carried out on a felt circle. Work from the edge and move towards the center. Laying is done in a checkerboard pattern.
