Applications "Fish" from leaves
With the onset of autumn, craft materials appear on the streets, and it's free! We are talking about fallen leaves. You can even work with fresh material if you dry it with an iron. Crafts from leaflets are very popular among schoolchildren and preschoolers, because they are made quickly and quite easily. The bottom line is that the child sticks the leaves on A4 paper, and subsequently you get an amazing water world! Of course, if you do not limit yourself to sticking only the leaves, but go further, for example, paint the sheet with a blue pencil (you can also use a colored sheet of paper for the base).
Simple option
The main thing that is needed for the applique is leaves. It is good if they were collected in advance and differ in variety (this will make the fish more interesting). The application scheme is simple: we will glue fish from leaves on a blue cardboard (or you can take a blue background). Older children can take on a more difficult task - to make fish out of scale leaves. Let's start with the easy option.
For the application you will need:
-
the leaves are red and yellow, if they are not very dry, iron them with an iron (first put a sheet of paper, leaves on top, then another sheet and iron);
-
PVA glue;
-
felt-tip pen black;
-
cardboard - blue or blue (your choice).
Let's consider all the stages of work.
-
The first step is to simply place all the leaves on the cardboard, creating fish out of them. Pick up leaflets that are the right size (so that the tail matches the body and fins).
-
When all the details are selected, glue can be applied to the leaves. Gently glue the fish onto the cardboard, thereby forming the fish. To avoid staining the cardboard with glue, use a thin brush. This way you can avoid overdoing it with glue.
-
When the fish are firmly glued, you can draw eyes and lips for them. For this we need a felt-tip pen.
The application is ready! If you wish, you can draw waves or bubbles from water on the cardboard.
For older children, there is another interesting option for creating fish. This will require birch leaves. Since they are yellow, this makes an amazing goldfish.
-
We take red and yellow leaves. Red ones are suitable for fins and tails, and yellow ones for the torso.
-
We glue yellow leaves on top of each other according to the principle of tiles.
-
For the head, it is advisable to choose a rounded yellow leaf, but if this is not the case, you can carefully trim the leaf with scissors.
-
The eyes can be drawn with a felt-tip pen or cut out of paper. The same goes for the mouth.
Making fish in an aquarium
Such a bright applique will surely find a place in the house. Thanks to this craft, the child will understand how rich in colors nature is and will get a good mood from the process!
For the fish in the aquarium you will need:
-
sheet of paper - A4;
-
PVA glue;
-
wax crayons;
-
brush;
-
scissors;
-
leaves;
-
dried blades of grass.
The stages of work consist of several steps.
-
We take A4 sheet and tint it with blue crayon.
-
We will expand the existing leaves to match them in size... It is important that all the details overlap with each other: the tail is slightly smaller, the body is larger and more oblong.
-
After all the details are selected, glue 3 fish out of them.
-
We take dried blades of grass and make algae out of them... They can be longer or shorter (your choice).
-
We lay out the bottom from dry leaves... Each leaf can be cut in half lengthwise. We grease each leaf and glue it.
-
For flavor, you can do the following: if the fish turned out to be light, we cut out darker eyes for them from the leaf, and if darker, we make light eyes.
In order for all the details to hold well, let the application lie under something heavy for some time (2 days) (a book will do).
Original goldfish do it yourself
The application from the leaves "Goldfish" can be done with children from 3 years old. The best dry autumn leaves for making crafts will be ash-leaved maple (the tree is considered a strong allergen, be careful). This type of tree has very different leaves, so you can choose suitable fish for different parts of the body. If the leaves are not completely dry yet, you can put them in a book and hold them for 3 days. After this time, you can already work with the leaves.
For the application you will need:
-
colored paper in blue - it will be the sea;
-
2 leaves (one wider, the other more oblong and narrower);
-
marker;
-
brush;
-
PVA glue.
Getting started.
-
We do everything in the same way as in the options above. We glue 2 parts (tail and body) on colored paper, from which we will get a fish. It is best to apply the adhesive with a brush.
-
Having formed the leaves, you need to blot the work with a napkin and remove it for 15 minutes under a press. After that, you can draw details on the fish: eyes and a head (just draw a semicircle at the base of the head).
If you want something more complicated, you can show your imagination and create a bright fish, for example, from red and yellow leaves. They can be additionally coated with a shiny varnish, and make a fish, alternating red and yellow leaves (multi-layered). In order to get perfectly smooth leaves for application, they are laid for 2 weeks between the pages of books. Create with your children and enjoy the process!
