Crafts from polypropylene pipes

Polypropylene pipes with bends, crosses and tees that match the inner working diameter - construction kit for adults. Anything can be built from them - almost any structure.

From plastic pipes - as well as from steel, aluminum, with cut threads - any frame is built in which the use of rods with a void inside is allowed.

You can assemble anything from them - even a wheelbarrow, even a swing.

For plastic crafts, PVC pipes are suitable. In terms of price and quality, they are the optimal product on the market for pipelines of all kinds. Soldering plastic pipes and elbows for them is a one-piece connection, which means that before assembling any object with a frame, it is recommended to carefully mark them out, not making a single millimeter error. The slightest skew will make the curvature of the structure visible.

PVC, like any plastic building material, has thermoplasticity - a property in which heated bodies retain their new shape after cooling. For example, circular rings from pipes are made using a single coupling - the pipe only bends in a pattern, being heated to at least 100 degrees.Heating the pipe on a gas, liquid or solid fuel burner is carried out with the greatest care: overheating from the inside of the fold immediately forms folds that spoil the smooth curvature of its walls on this side.

Crafts from polypropylene pipes for a garden or a local area, as well as for a common yard, allow you to build anything. It can be a fence, but its applied application is difficult because of the possibility of setting fire to, melting the fence obtained as a result of the assembly. It will be more likely to be used as a fence for animals, most of which will not be able to purposefully break it in order to break out into the street. Attackers will immediately guess that this is plastic, not a steel pipe. To assemble the fence, you will need elbows and tees with a turn of 90 degrees, plugs for the ends of the pipes.

The garden arch also serves to decorate the yard or summer cottage. It is used as an exterior detail that emphasizes the festive event, to which the mass gathering of guests is timed. The upper part of the arch is assembled from bent pipe fragments. To facilitate bending, you can pour boiling water inside or heat it up with a burner flame, but in the latter case, the bend can turn out to be sharp or sloppy.

Trellis for plants - supports made of pipes, on which thinner ones are horizontally fixed. Such a "grid" is used to organize the vineyard over the yard, while the loading effect from the growing vines is slowly but constantly increasing. So that the trellises do not bend or settle, the number of pipelines and knee, cross and tee adapters is taken with a significant margin. The ease of PVC processing will make it possible to achieve not only rectangular, but also more versatile, polygonal modules.

Plastic pipe curtain rod - a product made from the remains (scraps) of the pipe, not used, for example, after replacement / reconstruction of the heating network at the same or adjacent facility.

Before the final installation of the eaves, rings with crocodile suspensions are put on the pipe, and the product is finally fixed on the wall, then the curtain is mounted. But such a pipe will not withstand the curtains - you will need to insert a steel or a piece of reinforcement that matches or slightly shorter in length. Without such a PVC base, the pipe will bend under the weight of the curtain. For greater beauty, the pipe is sanded and painted with decorative paint - for example, silver, made of aluminum.

Partition made of plastic pipes (screen) - a structure that includes three frames, on which a material opaque to light is stretched. These prefabricated pieces are connected by means of hinged joints - like a hospital screen, the product can be easily folded and removed when not needed.

The bush support is similar to a vineyard trellis structure and can be scaled down to several times. It does not allow the bushes to grow chaotically in all directions. For example, rose bushes can be made to grow in a precise outline, forming a complete landscape design element with a gate. To get rid of the need to unwind and untangle the hose before watering, it is wound on a special holder. The latter can be with a longitudinal or round coil.

The pipe bench is complicated in design by the presence of an additional number of various reinforcing spacerslocated diagonally and forming triangles with horizontal and vertical pipes.The latter are additional stiffeners and are connected using tees with a central outlet located at an angle of 45 degrees to either side. Thanks to them, the bench will not sag, even when several heavy people with a body weight of 100 kg or more sit on it. Despite the cheapness, such a shop is another evidence of the lack of bad taste in the owner of the dacha.

A garden bench is much easier to manufacture. It makes it possible to work in the garden in a sitting position. It will come in handy for elderly gardeners, whose spine is weaned from frequent overload. For the side supports, a pipe with a diameter of 5 cm is required, for the back and seat - 2.5 cm.

Seedling containers resemble miniature flower pots. A length of 5 to 7 cm is fine. For them - as well as for the "adult" garden - the drip irrigation network is useful, made by drilling micro-holes less than a millimeter every few tens of centimeters. Drip irrigation allows not to flood the roots of plants until the state of complete absence of air in the soil. When using such a system, the soil is always moderately moist.

A fence for a doorway will pay off in homes where small children or pets live. On each side of the opening, pipe sections of a slightly larger diameter are fixed - and a frame is inserted into them. Luminaires made of PVC pipes are varied in their design. The boundaries for this creativity are defined here by human fantasy. Before hanging the cartridges and shades, wires are passed through the pipeline channel - this will speed up the assembly of the lighting fixture.

A tumble dryer is made in the following way. The supply pipeline is connected to pipes connected in parallel in the kennel. The water from the heating system flows directly through them. At the same time, part of the heat delivered to the neighbors from above (or from below) may be lost, but this is not so critical that it would become noticeably colder in their apartments from this. Such a system can only be implemented in country houses. The circuit is constructed directly in front of the battery itself - both it and it generate heat from above and from the side, which makes the laundry dry faster.

A flowerpot for flowers made of PVC pipes makes it possible not to pour more water than is required for each plant specifically. This structure will save you from puddles on the floor. Substitutes for full-fledged flower pots are made from sewer pipes - with a diameter of up to 15 cm. You can place the pots on shelves made on the basis of pipes of smaller diameter.

A clothes hanger will require four swivel elbows and a tee, three plugs. It can withstand up to several pieces of outer clothing, hung on top of each other. For children's clothes, pipes smaller in inner diameter are used than for garments designed for an adult.

A stand for knives, spoons and forks is a structure made of pipe sections of different or the same diameter. To connect the segments, not elbows and tees are used, but clamps and / or plastic ties. A similar stand is suitable for storage of scissors and pencils. It can be built into the table - a cut is made for it in the table top, and additional crossbars are installed to fix the lower part.

In the bathroom, the same stand is suitable as a holder for tongs, curling irons and hair dryers, or for storing toothbrushes and shaving razors. Combines with heated towel rail and mirror frame, also made of pipes. Construction of pipe sections, swivel elbows and tees - stand (shelf) for shoes. The 100mm diameter cuts allow each shoe or sandal to be positioned almost vertically.

In bars and cafes, a PVC pipe holder is assembled from lengths sufficient to pass the stem of the glass. Ideal for loft-style rooms. Use the laptop stand to place your mobile PC on the couch or on your lap. Provides effective heat dissipation from the device.

The frame for the mirror is created from rings into which a pipe is cut. Before gluing, they must be sanded - few glue can reliably grip perfectly smooth parts. But not only for the frame, they are suitable - they decorate, for example, vases and flower pots.

Besides benches and chairs, pipes are suitable for making almost any furniture frame. Reliably welded and reinforced with diagonal spacers, they will withstand a weight of at least several tens of kilograms. The significant cheapness of furniture made of plastic pipes saves a lot of money from the family budget.

Designs that are useful for children take up a significant field of activity. They can be made for sale. For example, a house for children will instill in them such useful features as caring for a real house afterwards, running a country house, solving pressing issues of a very wide range related to the maintenance of any housing, be it a country house or a country house. The walls of the house for children are finished with dense or, conversely, transparent material.

The playpen is suitable for infants or toddlers, whose movement around the living space - for their own safety - is recommended to be limited until they grow up. Plastic pipes with a working diameter of 25 mm are suitable for the arena. The design is made in such a way that the child does not crawl between the rods and does not run away outside the fenced area. The attachment to the support must be reliable - so that the child does not accidentally overturn the product on himself.

The swing will require reinforced plastic - the angular velocity during swing is significant, the crossbeams must withstand the load with a sufficient margin. Child safety comes first. The sketch of the device is developed in accordance with the existing pipe residues, or, conversely, the number and length of pipelines are calculated together with additional elements.

The gates are made of pipes with a diameter of at least 25 mm, but sewer pipes can also be used. To strengthen them, additional spacers and supports included in the structure are used. They are light enough to carry. The use of a fitting will make the structure collapsible, transported by car. Self-made football goals do not need to be rigidly fixed to the ground.
