To make a simple jute vase, you need to take:

• plastic bottle;

• leg-split;

• napkins or toilet paper;

• assembly transparent glue;

• PVA glue;

• scissors.

Not the most remarkable-looking set of materials, but the result is a beautiful homemade item.

• Tear the toilet paper into pieces, then moisten it immediately with water from a spray bottle. It is precisely the spray bottle that is needed, because if you just pour water on the paper, you can overdo it.

• PVA (if it is a construction option) must be diluted with water, because the composition should be quite liquid.

• Wet paper must be mixed with glue until smooth. The mass should get wet, it will take it half an hour. Then the composition is mixed, a sticky dough will come out.

• The mass, which can be called a blank for papier-mâché, is needed to shape the future craft. Otherwise, she will repeat the bottle, which is not very interesting and original.

• With the prepared composition, it is necessary to glue the base from all sides, tamping it tightly.

• After that, the blank is wrapped in a layer of toilet paper - this must be done while the mass is still wet. Otherwise, the layer will not "grab". Then the vase is placed on a flat surface to dry. It may take a day.

• The neck must be cut to the required height.

• The bottle can now be decorated. In a spiral with jute twine, you need to wrap the entire workpiece, starting from the middle of the bottom. In this case, an assembly glue is used, which is certainly transparent. A lot of glue is required, during work it leaves white traces, but then it dries without a trace. Only it should be applied as the coils are formed, gradually, and not immediately on the entire bottle.

• In principle, such a vase can already be used. But it makes sense to go further and add some decor to the work. The line of the potential pattern must be smeared with mounting glue, a string of twine is laid on it, it should be pressed very tightly and carefully.

The vase is ready!

Using this cute bull as an example, you can show how other animals from jute will be made. The basis remains the same, the features change: ears, paws, tails, muzzles.
