Corrugated paper balls

From corrugated paper, you can easily make a variety of interesting crafts with your own hands. So, decorative balls are often made from such material. Today we will talk about how to make these products correctly.

Before you start creating such balls, you need to prepare everything you need for this:

• corrugated paper;
• scissors;
• glue;
• ruler;
• simple pencil;
• decor (ribbons, rhinestones, beads).

To make such decorative products with your own hands, you need take corrugated paper. For each half of the pom-pom, you need to make 8 paper blanks. For this, even small squares are cut out. Then the resulting blanks are carefully folded in the form of a fan. After that, the products are fastened in the middle with a stapler. This is how the required number of parts are made. • First you need to take a simple sheet of paper, even stripes are drawn on it every three centimeters in the horizontal direction. In this case, you need to alternate black and red stripes.
• Then you can start making circles. To do this, you need to take any round object. With the help of it, an even circle is drawn on a sheet of paper, the drawing made is cut out. Many such blanks should be made at once. The more there are, the more magnificent and more beautiful the finished ball will turn out.
• All round paper elements are folded exactly in half and cut along the resulting fold line.
• Now you can start assembling the decorative item. You need to take paper halves and a sheet with the lines marked earlier.
• Paper blanks are placed on the edge of the marked sheet. You will need to glue the areas along the red lines. Then the other half of the circle is taken, it is applied upward and coated with glue already along the black marks. You can also make beautiful paper balls with flowers.... Several sheets of corrugated paper are taken; it is better to take materials of various colors. Strips of 20x2 cm are cut out of them. On the one hand, the resulting strips must be stretched.

Another cut must be assembled into an accordion, gradually twisting the material. This part is tied with thread or metal wire. The finished small roses need to be straightened and fluffed up a little.

Then the finished flowers are attached to the ball. The ball can be made from threads. In this case, you need a balloon. It is inflated, and then its surface is wrapped with thick threads smeared with glue. When the glue hardens, the ball is burst with a needle, it will need to be pulled out.

There is another way to make such an original craft. In this case, you also need to make a volumetric ball of threads, as in the previous version. At the same time, corrugated material is taken. Moreover, you can take only one color, or you can take several colors (you need to select colors that go well with each other). Strips about 10 centimeters wide are cut from the material. Each element received is doubled. The end is twisted twice towards itself at an acute angle. Holding the left part, you need to turn the wrapped part away from you, wrapping it again like a candy wrapper.

Further, the left side of the strip is tucked towards itself again, after which the right side is twisted away from itself. The result is a beautiful wave. It must be done along the entire length of the strips. Then the curved parts need to be turned over and twisted into a flower, gradually turning the petals made in a horizontal direction. The collected bud is wrapped with a simple thread and tightened tightly. It is necessary to leave about 4-5 millimeters for the leg, all the rest of the excess is cut off with scissors.

Also, leaves should be made from corrugated material.... For this, a green sheet is taken. It is folded into a square with sides of 10 centimeters. A leaf is cut from such a base. You can do this using a template. A small slot is formed in the central part of such an element. Each finished flower is neatly "dressed" in a frame of green leaves. The base of the parts is once again tightly wrapped with a tight thread, the excess part is cut off.

Then you can start assembling the decorative ball. For this, a ball of threads is taken. Flowers begin to stick on it. This can be done in a chaotic manner. The main thing is that the whole composition looks beautiful and neat.

• First, a roll of corrugated paper is taken.The more material you take, the more magnificent the made ball will turn out. Any color can be used.
• The paper is folded like an accordion. Sharp edges should be carefully trimmed and slightly rounded. After that, the figure is fastened in the central part with a thread. Now you can straighten the paper.

You can also create an original topiary from such material.

• In this case, you need to cut 75 strips of corrugated paper. The width of each part should be 2 cm, and the length should be 40 cm. It is better to prepare elements of two colors to make the craft look bright.
• On each strip it is necessary to make a fringe, for this they are cut, not reaching the end of 5-7 millimeters. After that, flowers begin to twist from such blanks. The easiest way to do this is with quilling tools.
• The flowers must be fixed with glue, otherwise they will quickly lose their shape and bloom. Next, a ball is taken (it is better to take a spherical shape made of foam). On it, you should immediately draw the markup of where and what elements will be placed.
• Then, guided by the marked lines, the made blanks are glued to the foam base. The entire ball should be glued over. As a trunk, you can take a dry and fairly thick branch. It is glued to a product with flowers. It is better to paint the barrel with white paint.
