• Carefully unfold the blank from plastic bags, remove the pins or threads. As a result, cuts will turn out along the edges, and a whole section in the center.
• Roll up this area into a tube, starting at the very edge.
• Wrap the resulting tube with tape, forming a holder.

If you make the strips short, you get exactly a pompom, and with long ribbons - a sultan. You can decorate a Christmas tree with lush round pieces. • cut off the lower and upper parts of the packages;
• cut the same strips with scissors - long and narrow;
• cut 2 circles out of cardboard and make small cuts in the middle;
• connect them together;
• wrap the rings around the circumference with each strip;
• you can leave it as it is or decorate the pompom with satin ribbons or metallic threads;
• using scissors, cut the wrapped bag along the edge of the circle;
• tighten the thread in the middle, making sure that the cellophane strips fit snugly against each other;
• take out the cardboard rings, fluffing up the finished pompom.

• Place the garbage bags one after the other. If several colors of bags are used, it is necessary to add them in a specific sequence, alternating.
• Stack 10-15 bags on top of each other.
• Bend again, but at this stage already in half. Align the edges.
• Expand packages. Cut in half along the fold.
• Make 15 cm vertical cuts on each side at the top and bottom. The cuts should end at a distance of approximately 7.5 cm from the middle. The distance must be left for the possibility of making a handle in the future. Width - 2 cm. There should be a whole strip in the middle.
• Find the center of the bags and tie tightly with tape so that they do not fall apart and fix.
• Fluff up the accessory, separating the strips from each other.

The pompom is ready! If you need to make a handle, it is better to use a plastic stick or wooden handle. Wrap the cut bags around the workpiece and fix it with tape. For cheerleading, you will need to make a second identical pompom. All actions are repeated step by step. Brooms can be made for little dancers performing at a matinee in kindergarten. Or make them for the performance of the school girls' team. At the same time, the size is selected individually so that it is convenient for children to swing homemade pom-poms.

It is important to pay attention to the strength of the handles on the pipidasters. Despite the lightness of cellophane dusters, they can break off, which can discourage a dancer during a performance.
