Dress pattern with one-piece sleeves
In this article, I would like to share the patterns of dresses with one-cut sleeves. Why with one-piece? Because the offered patterns are very simple and girls with basic sewing knowledge will easily sew an outfit.
There is no such reason and reason not to wear a dress with a one-cut sleeve. Romance will be expressed in a flying chiffon sleeve, status in satin, femininity in knitwear.
There is room for a one-piece sleeve in any style. So let's get down to business.
Simple pattern of a straight dress
A simple cut is the perfect solution for fabrics with a rich appearance, with a fancy pattern or just a pretty print.
This model is attractive with one-piece sleeves with plackets and a deep neckline at the back.

Cut from the lining and main fabric to the front and back with one-piece sleeves with folds, burlap pockets in the amount of 4 pieces, jumpers for the back and straps for sleeves.
Sewing
- Sew darts on the front.
- Sew shoulder and sleeve seams. Leave room for a pocket in the side seams.
- Sew the pockets into the side seams.
- Stitch the lintel and baste to the left edge of the back neckline.
- Sew darts on the lining, and sew shoulder and side seams.

For full
An airy dress with a shawl print and wide sleeves envelops with ease and at the same time elegance. And the elasticated belt favorably emphasizes the waist.
Cut out all the details from silk cambric, adjusting to your size.
The back and front consist of 3 parts: one central and 2 lateral. The binding is not one-piece. And you also need a button.
Back slit
Mark the cut on the center piece of the upper backrest. A cut-out rectangle 12 * 4 cm, which is superimposed on the marked line of the cut and sewn on, can serve as a cutting edge. You can separately cut out a one-piece facing for the neck of the back with a cut.

- Sew tape to the neck of the back and front, if the cut was turned separately.
- Stitch shoulder seams and upper sleeve seams.
- Sew the neckline.
- Stitch the side seams and bottom seams on the sleeves.

Autumn
There is another version of the dress with a one-piece sleeve and a cut-off top. He has every chance to faithfully serve as a little black dress. If you want, you can experiment with colors, for example black top and white bottom.
It is better to take a fabric of medium density with a high content of elastane.
The top of the dress is cut out on the fabric folded in half, so the sleeves are one-piece. Be sure to place marks in the center of the back and front.
The dress has no lining, so you need a piping glued with doublerin.
Open out the skirt by folding the fabric in 4 layers. If you wish, you can also cut out a belt. Its length will be 2.5 m.
Let's start stitching the parts:
- process the facing on the overlock;
- fix the piping on the neckline of the top of the dress with pins, aligning the marks. In this case, the edge of the neck should be larger than the edging;
- form folds at the neck;
- stitch the facing and make notches so that it does not turn outward;
- sew the top on the sides, and process the edges of the sleeves and bend 1 cm to thread the elastic;
- sew a skirt;
- Stitch the skirt and top by joining the side seams.
