Children's bags are the first additions to the image of little ladies. I would like to give the child not only a fashion accessory, but also something unique. To make it special, you can make a bag for a girl with your own hands. It will not take much time, and following the master classes of skilled craftswomen, the work will seem easy and exciting at all.

Crafting requires a tough material: thin and soft fabric will not keep its shape, which will not affect the appearance for the better. If your choice of textiles is limited, you can create a wireframe. It is good if the selected material does not need additional processing of the edge: this will make it easier to work with it.

If you have a sewing machine with a variety of finishing stitches, the item will look like it was bought from a fashion boutique. Moreover, it is not at all necessary to hide allowances: they can be decorated with unusual contrasting lines.

When sewing bags, no fitting is needed, no need for hand sewing. If the item is small, a few sewing pins are enough to line up the parts in the right places. If the design provides for small decor (beads, beads, metal fittings), it is better to fix it with threads if possible. Do not rely on the strength of the glue, as children are very active.

The styles of bags for girls are varied. Of course, the current models are shoulder bags: they are stylish, fashionable and hands-free. Their style and design depend on age, taste and purpose.

The shape of the patterns is varied: they can be quite simple, in the form of an envelope, suitable for a child's clutch, or, conversely, voluminous, roomy and seemingly complex at first glance. However, with the help of any pattern, the process of creating a baby bag will become noticeably easier.

Felt is convenient because it does not need allowances, edge processing and allows you to easily create any decorative elements. Having prepared a full-size sewing template, it is transferred to the fabric, then cut out without adding allowances: they are not needed in this model.

Then:

• Having folded the product into an envelope shape, mark the place of the lock and sew one part of the Velcro.
• To keep the bag in shape fold details are glued with a thin strip of glue. Then, having wrapped the blank with an envelope, using a hole punch, neat holes are made along the side seams. Using a long tape, the side edges of the accessory are stitched, forming a decorative overlap. Start "sewing" at the bottom of one side and finish at the bottom of the other. At the same time, do not forget to leave the length for the handle.
• Velcro is sewn onto the valvecovering from above with a decorative flower. The fashionable handbag is ready!

Following the example of needlewomen, you can reproduce a charming accessory for a girl. In addition to material and threads, you will need rags, a frame (cardboard, plastic folders to maintain shape), a cloth for cleaning or a synthetic winterizer.

Where to begin?

• Using templates, 7 parts are cut from the base and lining (3 walls, 2 roofs, 2 sidewalls with a roof).
• Details of the interior and exterior of the house are assembled on a typewriterforming rectangles. Then they are folded with the front sides inward and sewn on three sides, without touching the lower cut. It turns out to be a large rectangle with one raw edge. The seams are ironed out.
• Blanks made of plastic or cardboard are attached with a seam forward to the needle to the textile for cleaning (so that they do not slip). Tucking inward and securing with secret stitches, the part is inserted inside the rectangle. For reliability, the frame is sewn at the seams.
• The sides with the roof are sewn with lining and turned inside out. A frame with insulation is inserted inside, the lower cut is sewn up with a secret seam. After the sidewalls are sewn on three sides to the rectangle with strong threads with a blind seam.

It remains to decorate the house and sew on the handles. Decorating a bag is fun. You can connect a child to the design: so each glance at the model will remind you of a pleasant creative process. Moreover, everything that is at hand will be used: ribbons, felt, acrylic paints, beads, buttons, fringes and much more. You can create realistic decor by placing storks on the roof, decorating an attic, a rope with baby clothes, windows with curtains and potted flowers.

Small details can be drawn with acrylic paints or special felt-tip pens on the fabric. But it is better to use buttons and loops as fixing elements of the house: this is convenient and will help the child develop fine motor skills. You can put anything inside: from simple soft toys to the "inhabitants" of a fairy-tale house.

Such accessories will not leave indifferent any girl: mother's care + a lot of ideas for the game will be to everyone's taste.
