Options for creating bouquets from yarn

Making bouquets from threads is a new popular topic among needlewomen. Such a bouquet looks original, it will stand as long as its owner wants it, and when you get tired of it, you can use the threads for their intended purpose. And most importantly, no special skills are required from the designer of the bouquet, everything is very simple.

This is one of the simplest options for arranging bouquets, and at the same time very effective. Perfect as a presentation on March 8th.

What you need:

• cardboard (you can disassemble the old box);
• sewing threads - green and red (color can be changed);
• cellophane bags;
• scissors;
• PVA glue;
• glue "Titan" or similar;
• wood skewers;
• glitter gel;
• brushes;
• pencil;
• ruler.

How to form a bouquet of yarn step by step.

1. Draw 19 x 19 cm squares on cardboard, then cut them out. Put the formed templates into bags.
2. Wrap the blanks with threads, very firmly (separately in both colors).
3. Apply PVA very generously to the fibers, then dry the parts for a day.
4. When the glue dries exactly, make 2 cuts on the side of the red figures, remove the cardboard. Cut further 2 whole sides. Divide the blanks, get 2 square fragments for inflorescences.
5. Make the green details for the leaves according to the same principle.
6. Cut the corners of the red elements to create a circle, then cut them with a spiral.
7. Roll the flower bud out of the curl, glue the bud.
8. Dip the brush in gel (preferably with sparkles), smear each flower petal with this composition.
9. Cut out leaves from green fragments, there is no strict form here.
10. Glue three long skewers to each other, wrap with green dense thread, glue the ends. This is how the stems do.
11. Tie the stems to the buds, secure with the "Titan".
12. Form 2 leaves at the bottom of the inflorescences, glue them. All is ready!

Sometimes they do everything much easier: they take any artificial flowers that are suitable in length. The buds are removed from them so that one stem remains. This stem can be tinted (if the original color is faded or expressionless), you can wrap it with tape. And where the bud should be, glue a whole skein of yarn. And so with every flower that will be in the bouquet.

This is one of the cutest bouquets that can be made from balls. It is suitable as a gift for a grandmother, a teacher, and any loved one. On March 8 or birthday, as an addition to the main gift.

For work, you need to take: multi-colored balls of woolen (you can also knitted) threads, burlap and / or linen fabric, plastic fasteners from balloons, crumpled or other textured paper for leaflets.

Here's how to assemble such a bouquet with your own hands.

1. Cut the burlap or linen fabric into 5-cm strips, put a needle and thread along the edge of each strip, pulling the fabric and making a soft cup. Since the edges of both linen and burlap have natural fringes, creating a flower effect will not be difficult.
2. The balls are sent to plastic fasteners from the balls, fixed with their own thread. A plastic stem is inserted into the fastener, the structure is sent to a textile cup, and again fixed with a thread.
3. It remains to assemble the flowers made into a bouquet, surround them with sheets of crumpled paper, and pack them in any suitable wrapper. It remains only to plant a decorative ladybug on the most accent flower. The bouquet is assembled!

In recent years, the fashion for New Year's bouquets has only intensified, and the materials that make up them, more and more, appear the most unexpected. And why not use those balls for a delicate snowy New Year's bouquet. Knitted yarn, for example.

What can you assemble such a charming bouquet:

• glomeruli, in their scale corresponding to the theme of the holiday or decor, which presumably adorns the house of the owner of the bouquet;
• fir branches;
• multicolored Christmas balls of arbitrary sizes;
• artificial cotton heads;
• beads (on legs);
• basket under the base.

The basket is decorated first. It can be a New Year's towel or a knitted base. Perhaps even a scarf that can then be used for its intended purpose. It can be a large paper New Year's napkin (or several such napkins). The inside of the basket is filled with foam.

Further, according to the instructions, whole skeins must be planted on skewers. Yes, sometimes those same skewers strive to wriggle out of the foam, but to avoid this, you can put a foil ball on the sharp part of the skewer. After all the skeins are in the basket, you need to fill the empty space. And here there is already a continuous improvisation, because branches, cotton heads, and beads can be placed as you like. The main thing is to follow some inner sense of harmony.

Photo examples are the best inspiration. And even if you do not repeat them completely, but take only the basis, you will get something more convincing than a complete impromptu.

Ideas for cool yarn bouquets.

• Monochromatic bouquets are always especially subtle and sophisticated. These glomeruli, due to an artificial hare's tail (such a plant) between the heads, look very believable. Well, then these flowers will turn into a knitted cardigan, for example.

• And this is a completely knitted bouquet, even its base is made of yarn. Only the leg is strong, made of plastic or a thick cardboard cylinder, but still wrapped in threads.

• It turns out that even bridal bouquets are made from balls. And if the bride is also a needlewoman, this bouquet will become some kind of visiting card of the main heroine of the celebration. It should be gentle, match in scale with her outfit and with the main line of the wedding decor.

• To create a bouquet, you can use yarn of different textures: so that some strings are fluffy, others a little rough, others smooth. And real spikelets and dried flowers will only decorate this combination.

• For the birth of a child, you can also give a bouquet of skeins - here is an example of how such a decorative design (probably intended for the mother of a newborn boy) might look like. And it is also conveniently done: crochet hooks are stuck into some of the hanks.

• An example of how beautiful a single-colored bouquet of yarn can be. Feathers and dried flowers in small quantities will complement it. It is difficult to present accessories to a craftswoman more gracefully.

• And in this union, both real flowers (hyacinths) and ball found a combination. Thanks to this, it looks extremely unusual and very elegant. And for some reason it is most associated with March 8th.

• Some masters are intimidated by the number of skeins in the composition. - not always in the plans to give so much. Here is an example of a more compact bouquet that still looks original.

How to improve a yarn bouquet:

• supplement it with useful accessories for the craftswoman - scissors, knitting needles and hooks, for example, by sticking them beautifully into the skeins themselves;
• do not forget to rip off the labels and get the balls out of the bags - such moments immediately spoil the whole impression;
• instead of a basket, you can use decorative wooden boxes, and you get a horizontal composition of balls-buds;
• small balls (yarn remnants) can depict berries or fruits in a bouquet, especially if they are easily guessed by color;
• if you do not plan to dissolve the yarn from the skein, you can pour it abundantly with hairspray with sparkles - this is especially true for New Year's crafts;
• by the color range, see which shades are most in harmony with each other - and so select the balls;
• instead of legs for flowers, you can use knitting needles - they will fit well into skeins;
• It will be interesting to look at such unexpected solutions as, for example, bright orange tangles in real fern leaves - as if a magic flower from a legend will turn out.
