• Thickness. You should select the threads of a suitable thickness, only in this case they can be used for a certain type of fabric. For example, if you need to sew a button on a summer light shirt, you should use thin threads.
• Colour. It is necessary to choose a color that is as close as possible to the color of the selected fabric: this is necessary in case the leg of the button nevertheless turns out to be long and will demonstrate the color of the thread used to others.
