Unfortunately, there is often not enough space in the bathroom of a modern comfortable apartment. A good way of placement would be a washing machine under the sink in the bathroom - this way you will cut the space required for the sink and appliances by about half.

When buying a washbasin in the room where the washing machine is located, you should make sure that it is not too large so that access to it and the washing machine is not difficult and there is enough space for other furniture. At the same time, a sink that is too miniature also has its drawbacks.

As for the last point - the arrangement of the drain, you should also measure the bathroom right away and buy the correct lengths of pipes to make sure they fit the sink of your choice... During installation, part of the drain pipe will have to be placed horizontally. At the same time, there should be a slight slope (use a level to check) so that the water can drain well and the pipe does not become clogged.
