Manufacturing technology

The phased production of frames is as follows
- measurements are taken from the windows;
- blanks are cut out from dried lumber;
- from the inside of the casing, a wooden composition is selected to a depth of about 2 millimeters, while edges are left along the edges;
- a pattern is cut out, which was applied according to the template, the holes are drilled using drills of different diameters;
- all slots and holes are processed with sanding paper or a vacuum cleaner;
- parts that are made using an overhead thread are attached to a wide base (fastening reliability can be ensured by applying glue to the pattern from the wrong side).
