How to write a company resume?

An enterprise is an independent entity that has the rights of a legal entity to produce and sell goods, perform work and provide services.

The resume of the enterprise tells about the specifics of the organization's activities and contains the name of the company, the essence of its work, the level of development and the place it occupies in the market.

Before you write your document, collect all the necessary information:

• direction of the firm's activity;
• list of services or goods;
• a short history, the year the company was founded;
• sales geography, which regions are the most profitable;
• the qualifications of specialists;
• are there any awards: diplomas, certificates.

Then proceed with the design. You can choose a ready-made template on the Internet, but it is better to use a specially designed one for your company. It is filled in in the usual Word program.

First, tell us briefly about starting a company (will take 2-3 paragraphs), its successes and achievements, then give a general description of the market for the services provided, describe the target audience that is interested in the product or service, distinctive features: how it differs from competitors, quantitative indicators of financial or production success.

Indicate who is the head of the company, are there outstanding employees, their achievements. Support your words with precise numbers and examples. All data must be correct, you cannot embellish it, because the reputation of the company and the success of attracting partners and customers depend on your presentation.

Usually, such a resume is prepared to attract investors - after a story about the enterprise, describe the financial plan and general characteristics of the project, dwelling in more detail on the development prospects... Below for potential investors, describe the financial needs necessary to implement your idea. Indicate the payback period (calculation showing the possibility of development).

On the last page, place the bank details of the company, its addresses - head office and branches, websites and telephones. If the company is large, then indicate the data of all persons who can help in resolving the issue. There should be 4–5 pages in total. Do not collect everything in a heap, arrange each item beautifully on a separate sheet.

To write your resume correctly, follow these guidelines:

• there should be just enough information to attract the attention of partners;
• do not provide unnecessary information that is not related to the topic of the presentation;
• do not make grammatical mistakes;
• do not write false information;
• it is undesirable to describe someone else's experience, for example, of competing firms;
• carefully fill out the page with contacts: last name, first name, patronymic of the official, his contacts and on what issue you can contact.
