Everything in the bedroom should be fine. It is important to take care of a harmonious and aesthetic environment, in which it is comfortable and pleasant. Based on these requirements, it is necessary to select decorative details for the interior. You can and should hang suitable pictures in the bedroom. Before proceeding to their selection and choosing a place for installation, you should familiarize yourself with some general recommendations.

• Pictures should not be hung on walls where variegated, patterned wallpaper takes place., because in the end you can get an unsightly effect of collected in one "heap" of elements. It will be hard to look at such compositions, and they will not brighten up the general situation.

• The palette in which the paintings are sustained should not be too colorful and catchy. Sharp contrast against the general background will also look out of place in the bedroom. Ideally, you should choose such options, the color notes of which would resonate with the general atmosphere in the room.

• It is recommended to hang decorations at eye level.

• The style and plot of the painting should be suitable for the rest of the setting.... • Pictures with an excessive amount of small details should not be hung in the bedroom., because they will distract the attention of a person, pulling him towards themselves. As a result, instead of restful sleep, the owners will peer into intricate images, delving into their own thoughts. This will not contribute to healthy sleep. For the same reason, it is not recommended to choose pictures with increased detail.

• Very large masterpieces have their own nuances - they are suitable only for bedrooms with an impressive square... In a small room, such solutions will turn out to be inappropriate, making the interior heavier.

• It is allowed to hang pictures depicting polygonal, round or oval elements in the bedroom. Intricate bends are also allowed. True, it is recommended to refer to these components if they repeat the motives already present in the interior.

• Today's insane popularity belongs to narrow and elongated paintings. Most often they are hung at the head, observing the symmetry of the trellis.

For the bedroom, it is important to select paintings that differ in suitable palettes. It is not recommended to place too bright and catchy details in such a room, therefore it is best to give preference options showing pastel colors... This is a versatile solution for a bedroom where a calm and peaceful atmosphere should reign.

The following colors are allowed:

• beige;
• Gray;
• blue;
• mint;
• light pink;
• lavender and other discreet shades.

If you still want to dilute the atmosphere with rich shades, it is allowed making some colorful touches... A painting may be replete with, for example, purple or orange colors, but at least one of these colors must be present in the environment. Not every person is ready to arrange a bedroom in this "attic" style. However, those daredevils who decided to take such a step often completely refuse to install the picture above the bed. Someone also refuses to set the bed itself. Of course, this is a purely individual matter - each person decides for himself what kind of decor in the bedroom will be ideal for him. In general, the presence of paintings in the loft style is not prohibited.

• in large rooms you need to hang large paintings, in small rooms - on the contrary;
• it is optimal if the height of the decoration is 2 times less than the distance from the image to the point of view;
• vertical paintings will visually stretch the walls, while horizontal ones will act in the opposite way.

In the practice of feng shui, it is not recommended to hang pictures over a sleeping place - here they will concentrate energy flows on themselves, causing their imbalance. It is better to hang the canvases in front of the bed - so they will radiate positive. If the picture is nevertheless hung over the bed, then it should be a calm image: lotus, birds, flowers.
