Bedroom with bathroom: varieties, selection and installation

There are many ways to customize your home. And some of them seem to be very original, they look outside the box. The bathroom in the bedroom is just an example of such an interior.

As practice shows, the combination of a bedroom and a bathroom allows you to achieve an optimal appearance. At the same time, the comfort of the environment in the home is guaranteed.... The idea of ​​taking a bath and lying down on a bed or sofa is very appealing. However, there are a number of pitfalls.

First of all, it is not always possible to convert a room very easily. In a private house, there will be no particular difficulties. But in apartment buildings you will have to enlist the consent of state supervisory authorities. They also proceed from the norms of the law, according to which the bathroom should be located only above the non-residential room. That's why under the bathroom only a corridor or a pantry can be placed.

To combine a bedroom with a bathroom or dressing area, you need to provide protection against excessive humidity and hot air. An ordinary door, even a very tight one, will not work here. It is required to use a special, so-called plumbing, door. It will differ in the following parameters:

• without problems transfer temperature drops;
• withstand increased moisture;
• will not warp in difficult conditions;
• guarantees reliable sound insulation.

In addition to doors, there are other design solutions. One of them - glass partition. It will not only keep the hot humid air, but will also help to visually delimit the zones in the room.

There are layout options for a bedroom with a dressing area and a shower. Typically, such rooms are emphatically feminine. Designers note that the best option in this case would be the rectangular shape of the room. They also give the following recommendations:

• choose pleasant relaxing tones;
• to form the entire interior in a single style (this is the only way it will be harmonious);
• use tall cabinets with sliding doors in the dressing room (this technique saves a lot of space);
• choose only cabinets with mirrors on the doors;
• be sure to use wooden structures in the decoration;
• add wicker products and accessories, crafts from natural fabric to the composition;
• use sliding doors at the boundaries of the zones;
• Lay carpets with terry pile on the floor.

It is important to consider that the combined bathroom can be equipped not only with a bath, but also with a shower. At the same time, experts advise to abandon the classic shower cabin. They recommend making a tile shower area. The simplest shower enclosure, when done carefully and well, will look better than the most advanced shower enclosure.

It would be logical to place a toilet next to the bathroom. It is very convenient. Well, it will be a separate room or a bathroom will be located right in the bathroom - it depends on the technical capabilities and the availability of space in the room.

And on the floor, you should also put a material that is resistant to moisture. Teak wood will look expensive and beautiful. But there is another option: when the bedroom is finished with laminate or parquet, and tiles are laid in the "wet" area.

As for the bedroom walls, there are three options:

• painting with paint;
• the use of waterproof wallpaper;
• layout of the mosaic.

It is worth considering that Since there is a bath or shower in the room, it is quite logical that tiles should be used around the bath (inside the cabin), and wallpaper in other places. Lovers of romance will appreciate the installation of the bath on raised platforms or on catwalks with several steps. But the opposite solution (a bathtub immersed in the floor) will also look attractive.

Deserve a separate conversation light partitions. They can also be made of glass; best of all, if used transparent glass with an unexpressed ornament. Wicker rattan is a good alternative. But the ideal choice, according to professionals, would be ordinary screen... It folds easily and moves.
