Bob-cascade haircut: features and secrets of creation

Graduated cascading haircuts have been fashionable for many years. It is good because it can be performed on long, medium and even short hair. It is also very easy to care for.

The hairstyle is created by shaping hair of different lengths in the form of steps or the so-called cascade. This is a layered haircut where each lower strand is longer than the top. In this case, the transition can be smooth or deliberately emphasized. In the modern version of the bob cascade, the back of the head is usually made more shortened, while several elongated strands are often left in the middle. While this haircut suits almost everyone, there are a few things to consider when styling. So, the smooth transitions of length, which are characteristic of this hairstyle, look more expressive on light hair. On dark ones, they are not visible enough. And also there are several rules for haircuts, depending on the shape of the face. Any shape and length will suit the owners of the correct oval. Both an ultra-short haircut and elongated strands are suitable for them. In addition, bangs and its absence will decorate them.

Chubby beauties need to be more careful when choosing a haircut. They should stick to styling without bangs or make it asymmetrical, elongated on one side. It is better to make the crown of the head shorter, and gradually pull the strands framing the face downwards. To perform a bob-cascade haircut, in addition to ordinary scissors, you must have a hair thinning tool. The haircut is done in two ways.

• In the first case, the main strand is determined in the center, which is fixed with clamps. The width of the strand is leveled using parallel parting. The main strand is given the required length, along which all subsequent strands are oriented. Then they cut the curls at the back of the head and at the temples.

The festive version of the bob-cascade hairstyle is created in a similar way. The strands are lifted with a comb at a right angle and also dried with a hairdryer. Only previously, a foam or other cosmetic product is applied to the hair to create volume. A small amount of gel or cosmetic wax is applied to the ends of the hair and spread with your fingers.

• Start drying your hair with longer curls. First, they are simply dried with a hairdryer, and then, when they are already dry, they begin to shape them.
• Shorter strands are dried last. The strands twisted on brushing or curlers need to be untwisted when they have already cooled down. If they are unrolled hot, they will not hold their shape.
• When drying hair, it is better to use a hair dryer with a built-in fan or cold air function. Dry your hair by alternating streams of hot and cold air. A hot air jet will help dry your hair faster, while a cold air jet will prevent it from drying out. Thus, the strands dry evenly and hold their shape for a long time.
• When cutting a bob cascade, the ends of the hair can be twisted up or down. The latter option is able to soften overly harsh facial features and make the image more feminine. However, if the lady has pronounced cheekbones, it is better to tuck the ends of the hair inward.
• If the bob cascade is made on highly curly hair, when styling, they must be straightened using an iron and special cosmetics. They are also not recommended to twist the ends of the strands upwards.
