If you need to get a perky volume, you can use curlers of different sizes: wind the smaller ones closer to the neck, and the larger ones on the upper part of the head. There is another technique for obtaining root volume - drying with a diffuser.

You can lay the square with a curling iron, but first you have to add root volume with a hairdryer, and then wind the strands alternately on the curling iron from the back of the head. This method is not suitable for owners of brittle and fragile hair, a hot curling iron will finally turn them into straw. Also, to give root volume with thin, as well as sparse hair, fleece is contraindicated, because it greatly increases hair fragility.
