The step-by-step process of making a composition looks like this.

2. The finished foam base on the glass needs to be painted. For this, green acrylic and a brush are used. At the same time, you can start coloring the cones and branches. It is better to cover small ones with a composition from a balloon, large ones - with a brush. White paint is used here.
3. Sisal is glued along the perimeter of the hemisphere with a thermal gun. It closes the seam at the junction with the stem of the glass. Around - in the form of a kind of wreath, cones and branches decorated with white paint are attached. The top is also filled with decor, you can use New Year's toys, mini-gifts in shiny paper, stars. The smallest decor and alder cones are fixed on top.
4. Artificial snow is applied to the surface of the finished composition. To achieve that it holds better, you can use Titan glue.
5. While the top dries, you can tackle the base. Cut out 1 circle from felt, white and colored cardboard. The template is the edge of the glass on which the topiary rests. All elements are glued together - felt inside, then white cardboard, colored will come into contact with the surface on which the composition stands.
6. A composition for the interior decoration of the glass is glued to the prepared base with a thermal gun. It can be a combination of branches, cones, balls, or just sisal with a snowman figurine. It is important that the edges of the composition do not protrude beyond the edge of the felt circle.
7. A thin layer of Moment Crystal glue is applied to the edge of the base. Interior decor fits in a glass. In the place of the connecting seam, a thin satin ribbon is attached along the side. The same glue can be used.

The composition is ready. It remains only to dry it well, and then you can demonstrate your New Year's topiary in a glass to the delighted guests of the New Year's celebration.
