This type of footwear gained a second wind and new popularity quite recently, in 2014 thanks to the fashion house Jeffrey Campbell and fashion designer Stella McCartney, after which the trend was picked up by many other brands.

Thanks to the thick sole and grooved shape, uneven paving stones, rocky paths and even paths will not become an obstacle. The platform or heel of such shoes is stable, and the last is most often comfortable, and the rise is low. Thus, the shoes produce a shocking effect only due to the sole height, but at the same time remain comfortable. Polyurethane is most often used to create the sole. This material has many positive characteristics that make tractors so special and effective. First of all, polyurethane has high wear resistance, which is necessary for everyday wear in urban conditions and climatic conditions. Moisture resistance and thermal insulation are also high, which means that these shoes will not allow feet to get wet or quickly freeze. Thanks to these characteristics, the shoes will become a practical acquisition, because they will last a long time and will not fall apart at the first puddle.

As for the tops of the shoes, the most popular material is leather, both natural and artificial. Both matte and varnished textures are equally popular. In addition, leather materials can be embossed to simulate snakeskin. Not so often, but still there are suede shoes, although this material is more relevant for autumn and winter types of shoes.

Straps are in fashion, including ankle straps, because the close-fitting detail makes a graceful accent on the ankles. In general, the buckles on different parts of the shoes will be very stylish, especially in combination with the high platform popular for "tractors".

An unconventional model that is a mix of knee-length boots and shoes, also done on a raised sole. Such shoes are more often than ordinary shoes adorned and decorated with all sorts of elements. This season, it is popular to use shocking jewelry, although they are rarely found on shoes with such a massive sole, but trendy sequins and prints are quite acceptable. Among the decor, metal rivets stand out favorably, which are ideally combined with the daring look of massive shoes.

The general tendencies of tractor-soled shoes adhere to coarseness and simplicity. Designers offer to stand out with a heel height of up to 15 centimeters, which does not sound so scary, because everyone knows very well that shoes on tractors do not have a very high rise.

Genuine reptile leather is in vogue, although the price for such shoes is appropriate. It is quite possible to do with leatherette, which can be given an appropriate appearance. The trend is suede, which I prefer to decorate with embroidery or lacing. And of course, regular leather doesn't go out of style. Different textures are relevant for this material: smooth, shiny lacquered, matte, as well as colors, among which there are not only classic black and brown, but also bright ones.

Tractor sole on shoes is most often very noticeable, massive, and sometimes simply shocking everyone in height. Such shoes are very eye-catching, so it is they that become the main or one of the main accents of the whole image. HIn order not to overload the appearance for these shoes, it is best to choose concise, not pretentious clothes.

The embossed sole looks most harmonious in casual styles. with its everyday mood and priority of comfort, brutal biker and extravagant grunge, where they combine what, in the usual sense, does not fit. The relief on the sole is also suitable for a romantic style, as the airy and light fabrics contrast interestingly with heavy shoes.

A deliberately sloppy oversize dress, shirt dress and tunic dress are all part of the casual style, so they go well with shoes with both heels and flat soles. More romantic and delicate models of a dress or skirt should be combined with solely heeled shoes. As for the skirts, then you should avoid maxi lengths to the floor, since then the shoes will be hidden, but there are no restrictions in the models. Both denim mini and knitted half-sun to the knee will look stylish with such shoes. You can combine a skirt with tops, T-shirts, tunics and sweaters, depending on the length of the product and the width.

From trousers you should choose simple models, you can slightly shorten, and loafers, oxfords or chunky heels will complete the business look. As with skirts, flared long trousers are best avoided. The same applies to jeans, that is, you should abandon wide models. But jeggings, skinny, boyfriends, overalls and other tight-fitting models of different fit and height will always be relevant. Tractor-soled shoes and sandals will work well with both medium and short shorts.

Some shoes can be easily worn in the fall or spring, so combinations with outerwear should be considered. Thick and high corrugated sole will suit straight coats and trench coats up to the knee and above, leather and denim short jackets, parkas. In the cold season, it makes sense to wear tights, if the set consists of a skirt, dress or shorts, in which case it is better to choose simple models without drawings.

The bag is chosen depending on the image and situation, however, in any case, large and voluminous models should be avoided. It is preferable to make a choice in the direction of clutches, crossbody, envelopes with a neat shape and design.
