To collect the entire composition, you need a third, narrower ribbon. The folded strips are laid on top of each other and closed with braid. The knot is straightened, the ends are trimmed.

• In the form of a flower. A long ribbon is required to create the decoration. It should be folded like an accordion several times. Then, with a narrower strip of material, the workpiece is pulled together in the center. Next, gently straighten the loops. This should be done symmetrically on the left and right, starting with the inner ones. The result is a flower.

• "Dior"... Some call this method fan-like. To create an elegant bow, a medium-width plain satin ribbon is more suitable. From it you need to cut three segments, one 1.5 times larger than the other. Each is glued or stitched into a ring. The seam is made in the middle from the wrong side. The details are superimposed on each other, starting with the largest one, and are fastened either with a stapler or with a couple of stitches. After that, another strip is cut. Its length should be such that the ring made from it does not lie down, but stands, since it will be the middle of the entire structure.

The fifth detail is the smallest. It is needed to hold all the elements together. To do this, it is threaded into the middle ring and all the parts are pulled together, closing the connecting seams. The decoration is ready. The more elements are used, the more magnificent the bow will be.

• On a fork. Needlewomen offer to prepare miniature bows tied with an ordinary table fork for decorating small boxes. It is convenient to make them from narrow satin or rep braid. The length of the segment does not exceed 15 centimeters. The algorithm of actions is as follows.
  • We take a fork with four teeth.

A nylon tape of any width is suitable as a base. The wider it is, the more magnificent the decoration will be. Several additions should be made, the number of petals depends on their number. Then, in the middle, on both sides, cut pieces in the shape of triangles. Please note that a jumper should remain equal to one third of the width of the tape. At this point, the part is pulled together by another short segment. The final touch is to pull the loops in different directions. Start with the inside and work your way up gradually to the outside.

You can also tie bows using a fork for miniature jewelry boxes. The procedure for creating a simple shape is the same as described for satin ribbons. And now we will give instructions for a more complex one.

• You will need organza braid in two shades, 7 and 5 cm long.
• A long strip is wound between the tines of the fork in a checkerboard pattern: first from above, then from below. To do this, you need to start in one direction, then in the other, until 5 levels are formed above each other.
• After that, a short segment is passed under the first one at the base of the fork between the central teeth and stretched so that its middle is in the center.
• Next, the wound strip is pulled together and tied into a knot.
• Then you should remove the structure from the fork, straighten the "ears" and cut the ends. The result is a double mini bow.

• Another option for a flower from eyelets. You will need to cut strips measuring 1.5 by 25 cm.Depending on the expected splendor, their number varies from 8 to 20 pieces. The edges of each strip are glued together, forming petals. Then they begin to gradually attach to each other at the seams. As a result, the circle will close, forming a flower. A central decoration is cut out of beautiful paper or postcards. It can be decorated with beads, beads, scrapbooking applications and other elements.

The gift ribbon is convenient because its edges do not crumble, it keeps its shape perfectly, and is not afraid of moisture. In addition, such a material is made of special high-strength paper, it is difficult to break it across and easily split along the fibers.
