Organization of graduation in kindergarten
Graduation in kindergarten is not the most common event, therefore, its organization begins, as a rule, a few months before the very solemn day. And the points to go over when starting preparation are numerous.
Where can you mark?
Almost always, the matinee takes place in the preschool educational institution itself. A ceremonial part with a performance for parents is organized in the concert (music) hall. And if with this almost always everything is standard and understandable, then what to do next, and where to arrange an animation program, is a question. In a group, this can be inconvenient, and not all gardens allow this. So parents have to think over the logistics: for example, from the garden to the cafe, but so that it is not far away, because the children are smart.
Where else can you organize your first big party?
- Rent a room in the recreation center. Today it is popular, and the palaces of culture themselves are preparing spaces for rent. In addition, there can be animation, and the organization of a sweet table, and the decor of the room. What is called a "turnkey" holiday.
- In the play complex. There may not be a program as such: children will see a pool with balls, trampolines and ladders - and forget about everything. And next to it is the sweet table area. And this kind of entertainment after the concert is quite normal.
- At the camp site... I mean, rather, a tourist center, where there are various outdoor activities. Only after the ball, dresses and other outfits will have to be removed and changed into something "running and jumping".
The theme of the holiday is also important, sometimes it is made special: for example, a family show or a sports party, or maybe their favorite characters will come to the children with contests and entertainment. But more often the scheme is as follows - the official part is in the garden, and then, either by registered transport, or in groups, everyone moves to the play center, where animators, a program and a sweet table are already waiting. And all this is done according to strict timing. In total, everything should not take more than 4 hours; children will get very tired from busting over time. Ideally, like this: 1 hour in the garden, up to 20-30 minutes for packing and transfer, 2-2.5 hours in the play center.
Choice of outfits
It would seem that everything is simple - girls in fluffy dresses, boys in suits or smart shirts, with ties or bow ties. But everything can be different.
What other outfit options are there:

colored trousers and white T-shirts for everyone;

colored T-shirts plus blue jeans;

bespoke outfits (sew all suits in the same style).
Often, the mother herself does not understand how she should dress on such a solemn day: whether she needs to be smart too, or can she go in jeans. A family bow is a good idea. It is not necessary to exactly repeat the images of each other, but keeping the family in a single style is always cute. Of course, it is beautiful to walk in heels, but then having fun at the play part with the children is inconvenient. Fortunately, dresses with sneakers are so common now that you can think of many options for such a comfortable pair, including festive ones. For example, white sneakers, a fluffy skirt (tulle or something else), a light T-shirt.
In principle, it is a little strange when adults look too formal, office-like at a children's party. Especially if these adults are mom and dad. You can have an easier version, light, joyful, even the guys are more fun from this.
Entertainment
The game program is usually handled by animators. It is thought out according to age: so that the children are not tired, and so that the entertainment is understandable to everyone. It is good when parents are also involved in the program.
If you decide not to call animators, but to cope on your own, you need to look for parents who will become the hosts. Because the playing part is already their area of responsibility, the teachers prepare exclusively for the concert. But today it rarely does without invited specialists, and some game centers insist on their own animators.
What entertainments, in addition to the program, are appropriate:

a mini-master class on making souvenirs (but not too long and very interesting, so that the child must go home with the souvenir);

watching videos and clips about the group with which the children say goodbye;

a funny photo session is an obligatory element of it - the very laughs that the animator makes children swallow, but the pictures will be excellent.
You should not hold intellectual tournaments (for children tired after the concert, this is too much), long sports starts (they are already tired), more than two music competitions. Active entertainment should be replaced by more relaxed ones.
Photo and video filming
The latter is increasingly being abandoned: all the same, parents take out smartphones and shoot videos on them. Therefore, it is more logical to order a videographer earlier, so that he would make a video in the spirit of “one day in the garden,” and let a photographer work at the holiday. It will be great if he takes a big shot - from behind the scenes to the goodbye scenes.
It is great if parents will later present several photos in a beautiful envelope to the educators. It will be unusual, a good surprise and a memento. If you combine your graduation photo with pictures from other periods, you can order the layout of photobooks dedicated to the times of kindergarten.
Sweet table
And here, too, many options remain. On their own, sweet tables are almost not satisfied: unless the children with their parents and educators decide after the official part to go to a picnic. But even there, more often than not, there is already a centralized ordering of delicacies.
Catering for such holidays is not an exotic service; it is quite possible to find it even in a small city. If the holiday is organized in a cafe, it will prepare the menu. It should be noted that children, in addition to sweets, will gladly eat, for example, pizza. Therefore, you can think over a more detailed table.
Every child loves to take away something from the holiday. Therefore, small, fancy candy bags are a must at the party. It is desirable that the animators hide them somewhere, and the guys find their gifts by participating in contests. At the end of the program, of course.
Perhaps the table will be limited to a buffet table. Especially if it is a play center, children will run and will not really sit. Then you can make a joint buffet with light snacks (canapes, sandwiches) for adults too. The child will still be more interested in sweets, juices, cakes. They will hardly want to sit at the table with a plate and a fork at a celebration in the center.
There are groups that combine fun with a pizza making workshop. And if the graduation group is small, and the concert itself was not prolonged, this can be done. The only thing is that you have to change, especially for girls: it is not very convenient to tinker with pizza in smart dresses. And then, when the children receive their pizzas, sweets can be added to the table set for them. Children rarely finish cooked to the end, and they will most likely take it home to their parents and home.
But going to the food court of a shopping center is not an idea. The story of each parent choosing something for their child rarely ends well. Children want the same thing as their neighbor, there is confusion, confusion, a lot of noise. And shopping centers are usually a spontaneous idea, but it's better to decide everything in advance.
What to gift?
And here, too, there is a large choice, and it is not necessary to make it in favor of something traditional, familiar.
For children
A graduate is usually given something for school. Not to say that a gift bag with albums, paints and notebooks will delight every child.
Here are some other options.
- Books... And there is nothing boring about it, because books are now being made incredible in design, very interesting. You can also magically pack them, so that you want to quickly remove the wrapper - and this will only inflame the reader's appetite.
- Board games... For the holidays - a good help. Both the girl and the boy will like it, a universal gift.
- Creator's Kit. And here it is better to divide. The graduate will like embroidery with rhinestones, drawing by numbers, making soap with her own hands. Graduate - engrave, burn, grow crystals.
- Certificates for the children's store... This is the most democratic decision, because each family will decide for itself how to spend a certain amount. Someone, maybe, will prepare for school, and someone will buy a doll or LEGO set. For many parents, this option is convenient. A colorfully decorated certificate enclosed in an elegant congratulatory envelope will attract children's attention.
- Sets of sweets. Sometimes it is not possible to find a compromise, and then adults settle for a sweet one, because the children will definitely like it. Only the decoration of sweets on the occasion of a holiday can be special. For example, a box of chocolates with an image of a group, personalized chocolates.
The main thing is that everyone receives the same gifts, and there is no envy or resentment.
Kindergarten and educators
As a rule, it is necessary to donate not only to the educators and the nanny (the curator of the group), but also to the manager, music director, speech therapist and even service personnel. In a word, several teachers at once. The manager usually “prompts” in advance what can be presented to the garden - this is some kind of technique, and sometimes a certificate, which the garden spends on its own requests. Sometimes it is just the amount that goes to the balance of the educational institution.
What to give a female teacher:

The gift to the main educator is always the main one, to the rest of the teachers - more modest. But parents often decide to give the nanny and the teacher equivalent gifts, because they see justice and logic in this.
There are enough flowers for specialists who worked with children (music teacher, speech therapist, psychologist), but you can add some sweet presents or, for example, stylish notebooks here. And also a good gift would be flash cards, because everyone needs them and are used, including for work purposes.
Presenting gifts to teachers should be delicate: aesthetic packaging, the absence of any overly solemn presentation that can confuse educators.
