The comfort and practicality of the knitted skirt is obvious. The fabric does not hinder movement, warms up in winter, and does not interfere with skin breathing in summer. Such a wardrobe item looks elegant and stylish. All this makes knitwear a favorite of designers.

Year

Often, famous fashion houses turn to retro style to delight us with their masterpieces. Knitted skirts are no exception. Growing into a flared skirt, a year-old skirt creates a very stylish look.

Skirt sun

Knitted skirt-sun - a style that turns any girl into a mischievous prankster. With her, it is ideal to create an image in the doll style of a baby doll. The fabric forms soft folds that are very suitable for young ladies.

Pencil

A knitted pencil skirt is a combination of strict style and seduction at the same time. The model is ideal for an office wardrobe, but at the same time, her tight cut makes a woman very sexy and to some extent even defiant.

Due to the fact that knitwear tends to stretch, the pencil skirt beautifully fits the figure and emphasizes the seductive curves of the body.

In the presence of drapery, the style will perfectly accentuate the hips. The model can have a high waist or a slit located on the side.

A light, light top will suit a gray or black pencil skirt. Use a short jacket as a bright accent. For this look, choose matching ballet flats or shoes.

A pencil skirt is also suitable for an evening version. Therefore, we can say that she is a basic wardrobe item.

The main thing is that it matches your size. In a properly selected model, the waist is not tight, and the skirt lies loosely on the hips. If you buy a skirt that is larger, it will slide off the waist.

Skinny and form-fitting

A tight-fitting skirt can only be afforded by a woman with an impeccable figure. Combined with a blouse or turtleneck and jacket, it creates a bold, business-like look that fits perfectly into the office environment.

A tight knitted mini-skirt, knee-highs, shirts, jumpers, vests - all this is indispensable for preppy clothes. Complete your look with stylish shoes with steady heels.

On an elastic band

Knitwear tends to stretch, so a skirt with an elastic band will suit every woman. It is easy to put on, even if there are extra pounds on the hips. Such a style should not fit the figure, and light folds will hide the existing imperfections at the waist.

For young ladies with slender legs, short fluffy skirts are suitable.

Basque

Some jersey skirts have a peplum. It is present in both summer and winter skirts.

For skinny girls, this is ideal. The peplum adds fluffiness and volume. Interestingly, this model is also recommended for full ladies. Basque folds will hide from the views of those around the bulging tummy.

Long

A long tight knit skirt is no less comfortable than trousers. She will not allow you to freeze and at the same time the woman in her is very attractive. A fitted jacket or cardigan is perfect for her. With a long model, a tight-fitting turtleneck looks good.

For a feminine look, pair a long, tight skirt with a tucked chiffon blouse.

A long skirt made of thin jersey, a blouse or turtleneck, a fur vest - all this will allow you to form a glamorous image. High boots will help to complete it.

A jersey skirt can be worn by a woman with any figure.

Colour

Gray

Gray is a bit dull, so it should be combined with bright colors. It is able to smooth acid colors and visually soften them.

A long gray knitted floor-length skirt with a slit and a white cropped top look very impressive. Wear a white blouse and turquoise jewelry with a gray midi skirt.

Black

Any color suits a black skirt. If you want a monochrome look, don't forget to add a bright accent with a scarf or cardigan. Otherwise, the bow will turn out to be too strict and serious.

Avoid black top. Otherwise, mourning will blow from your appearance.

White

A white knitted skirt is a win-win bottom for your look, as almost any top color scheme will suit it. Black blouses give a delightful effect.

Are they fit complete?

A knitted skirt should certainly be in the wardrobe of a plump woman. It is comfortable and beautiful, plus, it will perfectly hide flaws and emphasize advantages. A variety of styles will make it easy to cope with this task.

The ideal option for a fat woman is a straight skirt made of dense knitwear. Its advantage is that it keeps its shape perfectly. This fabric practically does not stretch.

In this case, the colors can be very different.

The loose fit also fits well on the full figure. But for such a skirt, thinner knitwear is needed.

A-line midi skirt will visually hide too wide hips and accentuate the waist.

Thin jersey gives a nice drape. Therefore, the skirt, consisting of wedges, narrow at the top and widening to the bottom, looks incredibly feminine. An example of such a model is a year style with 6-8 wedges. Gode is able to adjust the silhouette, making it more proportional, light and harmonious.

For overweight girls, a tulip skirt is ideal. A wide belt and high waist, combined with beautiful folds, mask the tummy and make you slimmer. The number of folds is an individual choice for every woman.

For long skirts and mid-length skirts, thin jersey is used. It is able to form beautiful folds. Tunics and blouses that match the style and color scheme are used as a "top".

The skin harmonizes well with knitwear. Therefore, it is often used in the decoration of skirts.

What to wear with?

Knitted skirts can be chosen for any occasion, depending on the style and length.

For the office, opt for a midi skirt. Pair it with blouses or shirts. Pumps and brown accessories will complement this look.

Knitted skirts are often decorated with embroidery or drapery. These models are incredibly popular. They are able to add romanticism and femininity to an angular figure. Wear a blouse or a tight top with such a skirt. Shoes or sandals are suitable as shoes.

Blouses with a bright print look good with plain skirts.

If you are planning a walk with friends in the city or in the park, then a knitted skirt with a low waist with a wide belt and lacing is suitable for such an event. This style can be decorated with large patch pockets. To complete the look, add a bold top and sporty sandals.

If you are going to the club, get yourself a miniskirt. Combined with a top, oversized jewelry, a clutch and stiletto heels, she will make you the queen of the party.

A long skirt to the floor may well replace an evening dress. Silky draped jersey looks luxurious. The lace blouse will fit perfectly into the overall style. Emphasize the waist with a thin strap. Ankle boots or shoes are suitable as shoes.

Care

The peculiarity of knitwear is that it needs special care. Only thanks to this, the product will not lose its shape, will not stretch, and will not look untidy due to the appeared pellets.

  1. Before you start washing, pay attention to the composition of the fabric. If there is a woolen thread in it, then the wash should be gentle and delicate. All woolen garments should be hand washed or dry cleaned. Especially if the product has inserts from another material, such as leather, suede, fur.
  2. When washing by hand, all movements must be gentle. Do not squeeze too much, let alone twist the fabric. Rinse water and wash water must be at the same temperature. In the process of rinsing, the skirt should be lightly squeezed in water with your hands. Change the water until it becomes clean and there are no traces of detergent left.
  3. To keep the product soft, you can add glycerin. Dissolve a teaspoon of it in the last water in which you rinse the knitted skirt. Use vinegar to preserve color. Enough 1-2 tbsp. spoons per 10 liters of water. An antistatic agent is added if there is a synthetic thread in the fabric.
  4. Chlorine and bleach detergents should not be used when washing colored knitwear. Otherwise, you just spoil your favorite thing. Choose specially formulated powders. Mohair and angora can be erased even with baby shampoo or bath foam.
  5. To prevent deformation of the edges (if the product is prone to stretching), it is recommended to sew them with coarse thread with a coarse stitch, which is then removed.
  6. Boiling and knitting are completely incompatible concepts. If your skirt is heavily soiled, soaking for 15 minutes will help (increasing the soak time will cause the garment to shrink). This requires cool or warm water and a diluted detergent solution. The skirt is immersed in water only when the detergent is completely dissolved.
  7. For some knitted items, it is acceptable to wash in a machine on a delicate cycle at a temperature of 40 °. The spin function should not be used. To soften too hard water, 1 teaspoon of regular baking soda is added to the powder.
  8. After washing, wrap the skirt in a towel to blot any excess moisture. Dry the product horizontally on a special mesh dryer. In the absence of such a device, place a dry cloth under the skirt and change it as it gets wet. Avoid direct sunlight.
  9. It is impossible to iron knitwear, especially with a relief pattern.Only the steaming procedure is applied from the inside out.
